The parking lot is shared by WingZone, a Subway, and... maybe a cellphone carrier store... I'm not exactly sure. The construction on Tyvola Rd makes it a little tricky to get in and out here....

This morning I had to mail 2 mugs in the same small box, package was still less than 4 lbs, i sent it Priority mail, $50 insurance was included and i received the numbers to track the package for $7.50. Needless to say I got ripped off at Package Plus (1 small box with 1 -110z mug for $15+ compared to 1 small box with 2 -11oz mugs for $7.50) Clearly a rip off!!!

I even tipped Tyler as a gesture of appreciation for good customer service, expecting that my order would be handled responsibly. Unfortunately, I later received a call saying that the job cannot be completed until Monday. This is completely unacceptable. I came to the store early specifically to ensure the job would be done today, and now my schedule and plans have been disrupted because of a lack of follow-through. If I had known from the start that same-day service was not possible, I would have gone elsewhere. What makes this worse is that this seems to be part of a recurring issue at this location. Several recent reviews mention service and reliability problems, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a pattern. OfficeMax is a national brand, and with that comes the expectation of professionalism, accountability, and dependable service. Paying for a service, being promised a same-day completion, and then having that promise broken is unacceptable and undermines trust in the brand.
