I use this location a lot since it's near my neighborhood. Mostly for drop offs, but the store is always clean when I get there and it's really quick to get the package on the scale and scanned in for the receipt. Staffers are always nice an courteous and I've never had any issues here.... I do remember when the right side door handle was "hanging by a thread" but it has since been fixed. This location has easy parking - the only caveat is that a lot of folks are going the wrong way! Just be careful, but all the spaces are angled to one direction. The parking lot is shared by WingZone, a Subway, and... maybe a cellphone carrier store... I'm not exactly sure. The construction on Tyvola Rd makes it a little tricky to get in and out here.... read more

VIPOL helped me. I believe he was the owner. I came in with an Amazon return where I wrapped a pizza oven with the pizza stone. I didn't feel like it was stable enough for rough shipping so I told him what I needed. He looked into different box options and I finally decided to just open the package and bubble wrap the stone, and put it back on the main box. Not once did VIPOL judge me and my outward frantic-ness since I was running late on a lunch break. He was pleasant and efficient throughout the whole process. He saved me money and he even wrapped my package for me. I'm so glad I came to this location. You rarely experience excellent customer service now a days and he was such a breathe of fresh air. I came to drop off a package with a pre-purchased shipping label. The label was emailed to me from my company. The store associate informed me that they would not print it themselves, that they would charge me $2.28 to use the computer so I could do it myself. Okay, fine. Cost of business. I used the computer to print it, gave it to the associate who took it and taped up the box. When we got to the counter I was informed there is a $3.00 minimum credit card charge. It's 2019 and I don't carry cash. Big surprise. So I had to buy something to make it $3.00, so I got two stamps, which she increased the price on, to make it to the minimum. The associate had asked me if I had change in the car, and I replied that I did not. She said "Of course you wouldn't, you're a guy. I'm a woman, I have change in my car". What does that have to do with anything? It's my fault now? I was annoyed at this whole process to say the least. Yes, it was minor, but why make it complicated? Can't I email you the label (which was priority overnight and surely cost enough to cover one piece of paper) and the store print it? I suppose the answer is no. I used to go to the UPS store in university by the Target up there and they would happily have me email them the label and print it themselves. Unfortunately I don't live by that store anymore. This store will nickel and dime you for anything they can. Please, just pick anywhere else. read more

This is my regular UPS store, and the customer service has always been great. It is convenient, right by Costco off Tyvola. I've had no issues, and it's easy to ship or make copies of anything. UPS is definitely more expensive than the postal service, but if you need something to arrive quickly, it's worth it. They also have post office boxes you can rent on the right-hand side as you enter. read more

Had a terrible experience today at this location. I felt the man working was unreasonably rude in my attempt to bring in an Amazon return to ship. The man working made rude remarks to the lady, who I assume was his wife, for not taping up my box enough. Even though they had clearly visible tape behind the counter that they could have used for the corner of the box he questioned, I was told they would only accept it to ship if we purchased tape. After being generally unhelpful and having issues scanning and labeling the box to send, I know I will never be back to this location. read more

Ok so I've been in Charlotte now for more than 3 years. And now that I'm single I got a small box here so that I can ship my packages because my damn cat refuses to answer the front door! Bad boy.....Lol.... I've had the box for almost the entire time that I've been here, and I am SOOOO glad I got this box at this location. They are all independently operated, and Sabrina runs a great small business and has an excellent staff. I come in just about every week cuz I like to save time and money buying off the Internet (hello Amazon!). So it all comes here. You don't need anything but the smallest box because they'll hold it in the back for you. A SUPER COOL FEATURE is that they text you when you get ypur packages so you know when to stop in! Overall a wonderful Mom and Pops type business and they do it right! Highly recommend this location! read more
