This store has been in our Steele Creek community. The location is ideal. Unfortunately the staff know that many members in our community are not tech savvy and will charge those who are making "Amazon" returns e-mail their shipping label and making them pay. I have went to the 7th Street UPS branch and they asked to e-mail and printed for free. Not the case here. I had my printer label and the worker said that I needed a box to shipped item, asked if I had one at home. I said "no", asked if I wanted I purchased box. I am resourceful and went to Lowe's to make a return. They had a box in the trash. I was able to get a box for free. Went back to the store to returned the Amazon item and the guy would not even speak to me. And took for ever to give me my the drop-off package receipt. read more

They know their stuff but don't expect great Customer service. I was actually surprised. You would think when you going to a shipping place that charges 6$ for a box and expensive shipping fees you would give you great customer service. No not at this one. I got what I needed and it was sent that was it. The associate did not even crack a smile... I will be going back to USPS. Benefit is if you need something to get there and fast it will. My second time trying to use this location and I ended up walking out both times. The first time I tried shipping a bow and they wanted $75 shipping, I took it to FedEx and shipped for $15 Today I took a small package of indestructible metal bolts weighing less than 13 ounces and they wanted to charge me $17 to deliver less then an hour away. Needless to say I'll settle for the USPS flat rate option for $6.49 Seriously, next time you enter this establishment make a note when the clerk tells you of an issue that's going to cost you more money for shipping and don't say I didn't warn you. read more

Went in looking for foam wrap at the direction owner of the UPS store in Berewick. The owner of the Whitehall store had it but couldn't figure out out to sell it and didn't care. Lousy customer service and lousy attitude. There are other better UPS stores nearby. read more

I have visited this store at least 3-4 times and every time, I am pleasantly pleased because of the customer service. I enjoy working with Ms. Deepak as she is always very helpful. When I'm shipping an item she make suggestions as to how to best ship the items carefully and what is cost effective. Each time I have made a shipment, it has arrived on time and undamaged; partly because of how the item is packaged and wrapped by the store. She is a hard worker and it shows. The store is clean, in a great location, a few doors down from Publix. Ms. Deepak appears to know all customers that come into the store as I have observed her greet them with a smile and a hello. I am very pleased with the quality of products and customer service provided at the store and plan to use them regularly. read more

Came in to drop off a wedding RSVP (free cake, coming up!) and found a really nice guy behind the counter... They have all sorts of shipping accessories and what not... This is kind of like one of those stores inside a shipping store, too... They had some office supplies, cards, packing materials... You can even copy or fax things, if you need that... I've never seen a huge line in here, but I think that's because they work pretty fast and how can you be anything other than pleased about that? read more

We have had a p.o. box here for years. Love having it. Friendly staff sometimes they will even have the mail ready to hand to me before I walk in the door. Nice that they remember both my husband and I and don't get annoyed when we call to ask if there are important letters to pick up when we don't feel like making the drive over. read more

I am typically a bubbly person and was extra bubbly the day I came in this UPS store. I needed to print a picture since the Rite Aid across the street was down. I did not know you can't print pictures on photo paper here. I mean there is a sign in the window that says, we print. Anywho, I explained that I need to print a picture of my phone. Raul in a very nonchalant monotone voice, gives me a speech I assume he says all day. It is $2 to forward an email to them so they can pull up the picture and print it. I said $2 for me to send you an email? That is weird. He siad that is the going rate around her. Its normal. I was really trying to engage him in conversation but that was not working. I then asked can I choose what size. He says, it prints out how it prints out, we cant choose a size. So I said smiling, pictures come in sizes right? he then explain they don't have photo paper. So I asked it will print on regular paper. The look on his face was as though I was bothering him and he didn't want to be there at work. He said we don't have photo paper again. I then told him thanks but I needed to print a photo on photo paper and did he know of a place. He looked at me dumbfounded and said any places that does 1 hour photos. I said thanks and left. I will not come back here again as I felt like I was bothering Raul and he was condescending and rude. read more

Was in there for less than 5 minutes, I tried to print a return label for my amazon prime return, first when I ask the manager their Bluetooth or wifi printing capability they said they don't have it and became very defensive and rude when I said the reason I asked was because their competitors has it just down the street, and he said "well you have a UPS label on your return" I mean obviously I do otherwise I won't be in there, but that's just saying he is only doing business with people who "have to" go there and not because they "want" to and I can see why because of his attitude and bad customer service. Second they try charge you $2 just to log in to their 1997 computer and then charge you again for each prints when I can just pay only $0.10 a print at Office Depot with using their own computer. So yeah needless to say I will never go back to this UPS given so many out there anyways. read more

I went in asking for the cheapest method to ship my item. I was charged $20 to ship a 1.5lb item (came with box and 1 small sheet of bubble wrap). Gentlemen was rude and I felt rushed through the process. He told me this was the cheapest way they had. I asked if it would be cheaper to ship via USPS since I have never paid that much to ship such a small item. He "looked it up" and told me it would have been more expensive. I went home and found a flat rate box to ship my item for $12.35! I will not be coming back. Avoid this place! read more
