Maya assisted us with our upgrade to iPhone 13 from X. She was very patient with my husband's request to ensure 38k photos were transferred to his new iPhone. We had to cancel one iphone service due to death in the family and the process was completed seamlessly. The best part my iPhone 12 had an issue. She ensured she contacted and spoke to the right technician to get a replacement iPhone 12. I should be getting it today and she advised me to call her ahead of time, to ensure she'll give me a time she's available, so that I do not have wait for a long time. BEWARE!!! Only go to a company owned store. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I was told that I was eligible for two free upgrades. They charged me $192.54 on my Visa. My monthly bill had been $238 for years. I was told that my monthly bill would decrease to $210 including taxes. When the bill arrived it was $331. The store will not correct my account even though they acknowledged in writing that it is their mistake. I even called and left several messages for the store manager whose name is Tegan. He does not return his messages and will not help get this resolved. Just beware as they will tell you anything to make a commission! read more

We were undecided about what kind of upgrades we wanted for our iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 when we walked into the store. The young man who helped us (Brandon) was very helpful, outlining the advantages and rewards we didn't realize we were entitled to with our Verizon account. (I did not expect a $700 trade-in value for my iPhone 7!) He was very informative about everything, patient during the data transfers, and helpful while providing us instructions for clearing our old phones. read more

This store is really good at "selling" you inaccurate information, setting you up on wrong phone plans, and promising an easy transition. My bill was 3 times higher than promised. I had 5 lines on my account rather than 3. They have no clue how to manage porting accounts and have wasted several hours of my life. 2 months later my bill and phone lines are still not resolved. I will pursue civil suit at this point. They do not deserve a one star unfortunately that's the lowest option available. read more

Emma was amazingly helpful to us twice now, the first time by assisting us with a broken phone/insurance claim which was so painless that we returned to her to manage our family upgrading all our phones/plan/adding iPads. I felt like she was being honest and trying to help me get what I Actually wanted, not what she might earn more commission selling me. Flexible with appointment time and willing to answer as many questions as I could come up with. I can't give her a higher rating than 5 stars, but if I could, I certainly would. This retailer has been absolutely ridiculous. Sent me my new phone without a pre paid return label for my old phone, contact them for the return label and do everything as instructed and they end up losing my phone for days--threatening that we will have to pay even though tracking said they had received it. After HOURS on the phone they some how manage to locate the phone. If things had ended there I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of writing this review however they proceed to do the EXACT same thing with my nephew's phone. Mailed everything in properly and per instruction, tracking says it arrived to their facility etc. spend even more hours on the phone trying to sort this out but they insist they can't find it and proceeded to charge us $500. It is ridiculous how you can punish your customers for clear mistakes you all made. Whether or not this specific location receives the mailed in phones isn't my concern--it's how they handled it when all proof points to the fact that our products had been mailed in and received to the address provided on the prepaid labels. read more

Overcharged us by $100 for an iPhone, stating it was a system glitch that would be remedied automatically within 48 hours. 7 weeks later - Multiple calls and visits, we are still getting the run around with a heavy dose of attitude!
