She was able to get her phone upgraded, a review and repackage her home phone, internet, and TV service as well. They were so patient and helpful with ensuring she was well informed of all of her services she currently has and found discounts along the way. The manager even came over to check in on my Mom and Karon- she was quite pleasant and personable as well. Most times when you visit these type of retail stores, you feel rushed and sometimes pushed into services and items you don't really need. Here, we didn't experience that and many thanks to the staff for all of their assistance and excellent service.

We had technician, Terry McKinley, come out to set-up our bundle with AT&T and he went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. There were many complications that delayed the installation of internet, but he knew how important it was for us to have that up and running due to our job requirements. Terry spent an extra 4 hours of his allotted time for our home to be complete. He did not leave until the job was done and perfect, making sure we didn't have to have another technician come out to complete the service at a later date. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I have ever received in regards to technology problems. I highly recommend anyone who is to be receiving service or needs immediate assistance in the Charlotte, NC area to request Terry McKinley. He is the best!!!! Terry could have put all of the problems associated with the install on someone else and made us wait another few days to a week for complete installation but made sure we received the request we asked for. I could not be happier. This man deserves extra commission or a promotion!!!!

Today, May, 28, 2025, I stopped in because my Do Not Disturb wasn't shutting off. I waited 25 minutes (only one employee, David). Then I worked with David for 10 minutes. The store filled up with 5 other people in line. I was then told that I needed to wait at least 15 minutes (I'm waiting now) for a manager to come assist. Shame on T Mobile for not having appropriate staff!! I did confirm with David that he was the only one working at this time. He had a good attitude and said, "That's the way the world is now."
