Thanks Maht. I would love to reply to your statements:…read more"I am sorry after all these years you still feel this way. Interesting you waited 4 years to write a review. I am sorry it wasn't to your expectations." When another company comments they have seen similar work from you, I decided to post so that people know what they are getting into. Besides, reviews from good friends & your wife (Angela) are not really unbiased reviews (and against YELPs policy). "I sacrificed other projects to meet your deadline. You had many parts at cost on top of the discount, and went back and looked to confirm this. The rack looked sloppy to get it done before the party, it would have easily been another two maybe three full days of labor, about 20 hours. You had no interest in paying me for my time." So after paying you $88,000, I was expected to pay another $2,500 (20hrs @$125hr) to make work, your company (which fired the employee during the job) didn't do??? Did you forget all the delays from the city on the projection screen? Maht, YOU were the one that recommended the latest automated screen, the first in the nation! It's not my problem the city wanted to make sure it was up to codes... most contractors understand this and would have thought ahead to get the appropriate documentation. "I am glad you found someone else to help you, I hope this time you remember you can't have fast, cheap and good, pick two! 4 months & $88,000 during the winter months. What part of this says fast or low budget? "Please don't put words in my mouth I never said you use it too much, that is simply not true." Instead of he said/ she said from voice calls, this was from your email: From: Mathew Winder mathew@clarityssd.com Date: July 23, 2015 at 7:16:47 AM EDT What I do ask is that you first understand that you have lots of people in your home, you have lots of equipment in your home and lots of things that can go wrong with it. My original review stands... if you need professional audio/video services, I would look elsewhere.

Want to buy a Mac product, but don't enjoy doing battle with the hordes at SouthPark's Apple Store?…read moreI bet you didn't know that UNCC has an Apple Store of it's own. They don't have a Genius Bar, but they sell the full range of Apple products. And since it is summertime the campus is empty; I have never seen them with a customer. You could walk in there at any time and have their full attention. I wish I had known about this store before my disastrous foray into the SouthPark melee. I know that some people enjoy the culture of the crowded Apple Store, but that's not for me. As far as I am concerned, this location is perfect.

An amazing book full of useful, practical information, that any sales person could utilize to increase their sales. I had an opportunity to speak with Jeffrey Gitomer, and I can tell you that he actually walks the walk and believes in and follows every suggestion he provides. He is the real deal. If anyone wants to be better at sales, or if you have an organization where people have to get out there and deal with customers, his books and his courses should be a part of your on boarding process.

If you are seeking to improve your sales productivity or that of your team's, pick up any of his "Little..." books. I started with the Little Red Book of Selling: 12.5 Principles of Sales Greatness five years ago and have not stopped reading his books since. Last year, I had the pleasure of attending a 2-day seminar. As a business owner who has to seek out my own training, this 2-day seminar exceeded my expectations. He provides practical advice, gives sound examples and takes the time to answer questions from the audience. He actually lives, breathes and practices the sales techniques that he teaches. Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with his organization over the phone. Talk about exceptional customer service; that should be his next road show, as so many companies and businesses could learn from him what it means to provide something that should be so basic. As a society, we have somehow stepped away from giving great customer service to our clients. Buy Gitomer has not forgotten. To make a long story short, my friend's dog destroyed a boxed DVD set from Buy Gitomer. I called to inquire about a replacement. After hearing my story and without any questions, Buy Gitomer resolved the situation in a matter of minutes, far exceeding my expectations of what they might do. Whether you are new to sales or a seasoned pro, I highly recommend the Jeffrey Gitomer books, CDs and DVDs. If he is in a town by you, take the time to spend the day in his seminar. Be sure to sign-up for his Sales Caffeine weekly newsletter. Even if you only pick up one piece of advice, it will carry you a long way. Happy selling! Here's to excellent customer service! Thank you Buy Gitomer!!!

They were unable to give me the data to make things worse they were unable to give me my money back, it was but I'm here to tell you had the patience and the professionalism to help me in the state that I was in. I was very very irate. I was contemplating calling the police because I truly feel like there's no difference someone coming and taking money out of my pocket book. (stealing) I mean they pretty much were taking my money and not giving it back and worse still not giving me what I paid for!! I have been overwhelmed with customer service associates being super nice on the phone all of them promising to take care of me and handle the issues. I have been overwhelmed with associates, saying these things and promising these things and delivering absolutely zero. In other words they are they all lied and this is become common place with phone companies. I have it experienced it and it is the reason I left Verizon after 35 years I was with them when they were owned by they were known by another name then I went to Tmobile as far as being lied to on the phone, they are the worst so far , they'll tell you anything to get you to sign up for something and the store in Lancaster the T-Mobile store in Lancaster I get physically ill every time I walk by it when people lie to me look me in the face and tell me an out out lie I want to do something about it but I can't legally I can't it's simply gets down to ethics and morals by the way who's the president? Maybe things will get better when we actually have a lead in the government , someone who won't let big corporations take advantage of the little guy and out in blatantly keep money that's not theirs and they're doing it to people who are literally starving in the United States right now people people that are living penny to p enny... i've never been this poor I've never been hungry in my life before where I could not afford to buy something to eat. That's how bad things have been for me this past year and then, when these big corporations overcharge me or take money from me, that's not theirs and refuse to give it back, it's so upsetting because I don't have an extra dollar I been hungry for two days and one more person looked at me and said will give you your refund. I heard 24 hours I heard 3 to 7 days if I had to listen to that one more time I was ready to call the police , anyone out there know what I'm talking about? Big corporations don't care about ethics and the basic right and wrong for the little people anymore. they don't know that that $10 you gave them was your last $10 for two weeks but I know I've gone somewhat off-topic but thank goodness for David because now I can actually do this !!!!
