They also are empathetic to your tech crisis and don't use any high pressure sales tactics like other repair shops. I trust them for all my device repair needs. Visit 1: My phone screen went black, wasn't charging, and was completely unresponsive. They ordered the part they thought they needed, and it turned out that wasn't the issue. I gave them permission to order the more expensive "plan b" option.. still didn't work. My phone was officially dead, but they didn't charge for the parts or service because it ultimately wasn't fixed and nothing was able to be salvaged. This type of honesty and service practice is hard to come by, even though the outcome wasn't what I wanted. Visit 2: My laptop screen was cracked. They ordered me a replacement screen and made the repair. Simple, easy, and fair prices. It took a little less than a week because they didn't stock those screens. Visit 3: A different laptop "turned into a brick" after a MS update. They confirmed that it wasn't reversible but offered a solution to at save the files. They were able to confirm that the hard drive was still good, so they turned it into an external hard drive and salvaged my personal files for a reasonable price.

They were unable to give me the data to make things worse they were unable to give me my money back, it was but I'm here to tell you had the patience and the professionalism to help me in the state that I was in. I was very very irate. I was contemplating calling the police because I truly feel like there's no difference someone coming and taking money out of my pocket book. (stealing) I mean they pretty much were taking my money and not giving it back and worse still not giving me what I paid for!! I have been overwhelmed with customer service associates being super nice on the phone all of them promising to take care of me and handle the issues. I have been overwhelmed with associates, saying these things and promising these things and delivering absolutely zero. In other words they are they all lied and this is become common place with phone companies. I have it experienced it and it is the reason I left Verizon after 35 years I was with them when they were owned by they were known by another name then I went to Tmobile as far as being lied to on the phone, they are the worst so far , they'll tell you anything to get you to sign up for something and the store in Lancaster the T-Mobile store in Lancaster I get physically ill every time I walk by it when people lie to me look me in the face and tell me an out out lie I want to do something about it but I can't legally I can't it's simply gets down to ethics and morals by the way who's the president? Maybe things will get better when we actually have a lead in the government , someone who won't let big corporations take advantage of the little guy and out in blatantly keep money that's not theirs and they're doing it to people who are literally starving in the United States right now people people that are living penny to p enny... i've never been this poor I've never been hungry in my life before where I could not afford to buy something to eat. That's how bad things have been for me this past year and then, when these big corporations overcharge me or take money from me, that's not theirs and refuse to give it back, it's so upsetting because I don't have an extra dollar I been hungry for two days and one more person looked at me and said will give you your refund. I heard 24 hours I heard 3 to 7 days if I had to listen to that one more time I was ready to call the police , anyone out there know what I'm talking about? Big corporations don't care about ethics and the basic right and wrong for the little people anymore. they don't know that that $10 you gave them was your last $10 for two weeks but I know I've gone somewhat off-topic but thank goodness for David because now I can actually do this !!!! Give kudos to David at boost in rock Hill. If you need phone service, Internet, service and good customer service go to David at the boost store in rock Hill and you will not be disappointed. I felt a bit of confidence aftersome "tech talk" with Arthur at CPR, enough to entrust my most…read moreimportant posession, my laptop computer, into his care. I knew I would be taking a chance to outsource this repair, but couldn't wait any longer. I would have loved to have fixed this machine on my own, but a touch of arthritis had reduced my ability to perform fine motor skills required. I'd cracked the screen of my best machine, an MSI GS-65 several months earlier; it had become all but unusable without an external monitor to display what I could no longer see on my shattered screen. First, though, I asked Arthur about repairing a shattered screen on a smartphone (an otherwise excellent Nokia) I brought in with me. He confirmed something I already knew -- that the phone wasn't worth the cost of repair. This led me to believe he knew the costs involved and how those factored into a good decision about fixing OR NOT FIXING the phone. It also made me feel like I could trust him. (All before we started discussing the much bigger concern I had -- my MSI Stealth Gaming Laptop.) -------------------------------------------------------- Now I must interject a little advice to consumers. IF YOU WANT YOUR MACHIENE FIXED PROPERLY AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE, find a technician whom you trust, get a quote on the price and time required, and then LEAVE HIM OR HER TO FINISH THE JOB. THE REPAIR TAKES AS LONG AS IT TAKES. NAGGING OR HARRANGUING him/her is counter-productive. -------------------------------------------------------- I followed my own advice and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the result. The repair wasn't cheap. If it HAD been a cheap fix, I'd have been susupicious. I knew for myself this wasn't going to be a simple inexpensive repair. HOWEVER -- the cost of the repair was QUITE REASONABLE and represented a GOOD VALUE. Most importantly, Arthur fixed my laptop correctly the FIRST TIME, using the CORRECT PARTS, and I have been VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I cannot promise the folks at CPR INDIAN TRAIL can fix your laptop or mobile phone. (NEITHER WILL THEY, I'd venture a guess.) HOWEVER, I'd stake my own professional reputation by recommeding CPR Indian Trail to say: YOU CAN TRUST ARTHUR AND COMPANY to examine your problem, to propose a fairly priced solution, and to perform a quality repair. If you enter into such a transaction here with the CORRECT EXPECTATIONS, FEEL CONFIDENT YOU ARE WORKING WITH PROFESSIONALS, and then PROVIDE THE RESPECT AND ROOM FOR THEM TO DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB, I believe you'll BE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. This is a QUALITY PLACE FOR ELECTRONICS REPAIRS. If you are unlucky enough to require such services, I believe YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF HAPPY & CONTENT at the end of the journey. THANK YOU ARTHUR AND FRIENDS FOR AN EXCELLENT JOB, WELL DONE!
