I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.

We talked to an awesome lady named Ashleigh at this location and she fixed our plan, told us the ins and outs of our minutes etc. We ask a ton of questions and she was more than willing to listen and explain each one in detail to us. We went to this location to purchase our new upgraded phone despite there being a closer location to us, just because she was a great help. Whenever we need anything this is the location we will always go to. :)

He greeted us with a laugh and "what you wanna do with that phone". I needed my screen repaired, but in just a couple of secs. I knew for sure what I wanted to do with my phone-shove it, never mind. I ask him if they repaired phones. It was really super weird because he kept up this stupid laugh and every question I asked him he laughed and looked at the female sales agent. Finally another customer came in and she left the door she was partially in and came to ask what we needed. Thank God he left to laugh at the other customer I guess. She on the other hand was very helpful and got us set up with Asurion for the repair. I have had nothing but challenges since leaving Verizon after 30+ years for fiber optic internet. I do not have his name but the store manager should certainly review the store video at 4:51pm. My wife is so kind and says only good stuff about others and she immediately ask me what was wrong with that guy. I took off work, and I arrived at the designated time. The lights were off, the door was locked. I called and tried all the options until I got a human. The guy said "The door is open, I was in the bathroom. Appointments don't mean anything just come on in." THEN he unlocked the door. Looked like he just woke up. Next, he told me he couldn't get parts for my brand. He had not even seen my appointment details. I pointed out that my brand was listed on the website when I made the appointment and he might want to let someone know. He said, "THAT'S ABOVE MY PAYGRADE!!!!" Then he proceeded to tell me the brands he does work on as if that would help me. Asurion needs to fix their own broken stuff IMO.
