He greeted us with a laugh and "what you wanna do with that phone". I needed my screen repaired, but in just a couple of secs. I knew for sure what I wanted to do with my phone-shove it, never mind. I ask him if they repaired phones. It was really super weird because he kept up this stupid laugh and every question I asked him he laughed and looked at the female sales agent. Finally another customer came in and she left the door she was partially in and came to ask what we needed. Thank God he left to laugh at the other customer I guess. She on the other hand was very helpful and got us set up with Asurion for the repair. I have had nothing but challenges since leaving Verizon after 30+ years for fiber optic internet. I do not have his name but the store manager should certainly review the store video at 4:51pm. My wife is so kind and says only good stuff about others and she immediately ask me what was wrong with that guy. Phone system either doesn't work, employees just ignore calls and/or hang up. We needed a simple iPhone fix. Dropped it off with geek squad. They said max of 2 days. We call to get update next day, different person says 3 more days minimum. Try calling in again for update next day, call is dropped 3 times by them. On my 4th call, I kindly ask the associate to please not transfer me because it keeps dropping my calls. She insists she has to transfer me to geek squad even though I'm telling her I already talked to geek squad and they tried to send me back to the store which then resulted in my call being dropped. She then JUST HANGS UP ON ME INSTEAD. Awful service. Don't use geek squad.

She was able to get her phone upgraded, a review and repackage her home phone, internet, and TV service as well. They were so patient and helpful with ensuring she was well informed of all of her services she currently has and found discounts along the way. The manager even came over to check in on my Mom and Karon- she was quite pleasant and personable as well. Most times when you visit these type of retail stores, you feel rushed and sometimes pushed into services and items you don't really need.
