Adjusting our bill is the least they can do for us at this point. Luckily, we don't have a contract!! Oh, and I emailed them as they asked in response to my original review, but haven't heard back from them. However, our internet was back up this morning! it stays on! Update: We ended up dropping Kinetic by Windstream. The internet continued going in and out. I emailed them as asked to, but never received a response. To their credit though, they credited us the entire last month. Was waiting to receive the bill to update this and it came today. So, I gave them a 2nd star for doing the right thing, but the service still sucked.

There was no backup plan and when I asked if we would be refunded for the days of missed service I was told a refund would be granted to anyone who goes through the channels to request it. Imagine customers not having internet for 3+ days and being told to "apply" for a credit once service is restored. This company has no idea what customer service is. Just look on Reddit and see all the horror stories. We are going to another company for service.
