Didn't feel judged, and they were honest with me about the situation (small scratch on camera itself, cost, recommendation, etc). The primary drawback to this place was parking. I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.

Phone system either doesn't work, employees just ignore calls and/or hang up. We needed a simple iPhone fix. Dropped it off with geek squad. They said max of 2 days. We call to get update next day, different person says 3 more days minimum. Try calling in again for update next day, call is dropped 3 times by them. On my 4th call, I kindly ask the associate to please not transfer me because it keeps dropping my calls. She insists she has to transfer me to geek squad even though I'm telling her I already talked to geek squad and they tried to send me back to the store which then resulted in my call being dropped. She then JUST HANGS UP ON ME INSTEAD. Awful service. Don't use geek squad.

This happened April 2017, it's been six months and I finally got my iphone fixed. To be honest I'm super cheap! A screen repair is expensive! Over the past six months, I researched businesses that will repair a iPhone 6S along with the prices. The cost ranges from $90 to $130 for screen repairs. For starters, most businesses require an appointment. Some of the reviews on yelp are horrible. Naturally, I was hesitant to go anywhere for the past six months. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM.
