After coming in and explaining the problem that I was experiencing, Bobby NeSmith, the store manager, spoke with me on what they can do to diagnose and solve the problem. Most of their solutions involved leaving my computer and pen with them overnight while they diagnosed and worked on fixing any issues, however because I use my computer on a daily basis for school, I could not be without it for too long. Thankfully after explaining this to Bobby, he did everything he could to diagnose and fix the problem as fast as he could. It took about 2 hours and upon returning, Bobby explained the problem they found, fixed the issue, and verified that the problem was fixed with me before I left the store. For starters, most businesses require an appointment. Some of the reviews on yelp are horrible. Naturally, I was hesitant to go anywhere for the past six months. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM. I made my first call to Batteries Plus, the woman was very rude and short with me---Pass!!!! The Pineville location has bad reviews anyways. Next on my list Staymobile!!!!! At 9 AM rushed over to Staymobile to be the first in-line to drop off my iPhone. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Staymobile!! My phone looks awesome!!! Expectations should be internet constantly out and the speed is horrible, despite paying for the highest speed. Their hardware is marginal, and having to replace or swap it out means you have to go to their store locations - you won't see a service call to you residence to help ever again after your initial install. Yes, you can expect to call them every six months to negotiate pricing otherwise you can expect prices to soar even more. The price for my internet and tv streaming package has almost doubled over the last 30 months (even with my negotiation calls every six months. You can also expect your tv to freeze randomly and probably every few weeks it will disconnect completely which means you have to reboot the system and all the TVs unplugged. It is a fun game for $250 a month! I have moved 5 times in last 10 years. Each time a different provider, and Comporium is my worst experience ten fold.
