The atmosphere is great and I like how everyone there is willing to help you out not just Thomas and staff, but all the racers too. They are there to have a good time and to grow the hobby. I ended up buying a couple of mini z racers along with parts and accessories while there. The prices are great. It's always best to buy from your local shop to support the hobby. They also race off site for those interested in off road car, truck, and buggy racing, but check in with the shop to verify times and days. They have an assortment of RC cars and trucks, so I recommend stopping by to check it out. They have an impressive selection of miniatures, with plenty of options for painters and tabletop gaming fans. The board game selection is also solid, covering everything from lighter family titles to deeper strategy games. A staff member greeted me as soon as I walked in and spent a good amount of time chatting with me about different games and upcoming releases. That kind of genuine engagement goes a long way and really adds to the experience. The one thing I'd love to see in the future is a dedicated board‑game night. All that said, I'm genuinely glad to have this shop within a 20‑minute drive from home. It's a friendly, well‑stocked local store that I'm happy to support and visit again.

When I called for clarification, they kept giving me the runaround: first, they were too busy to check, then promised a callback that never came. After multiple attempts, I think they just blocked my number once they realized I was still trying to reach them. Ironically, they were quick to update the listing that the item sold--no issue there. But holding a customer's item as promised? Apparently, that was too much. I won't be doing business here again, and I'd strongly caution others who need reliable service.

I've found they do a great job with their custom framing and today stopped in to get an estimate on frame and mat. It was a little busy right before Christmas and I was assisted by Catherine. She gave me several choices of frames and mats and gave me cost estimates. I decided to go forward with her recommendations and she said it would be 7 to 10 days and they would give me a call. I decided to cruise around the store and look for some other items on my Christmas list. They have a huge selection of Christmas sales going on. I was able to find a few things that were on my list. After about 20 minutes, Catherine in the frame depart tracked me down and said she had extra help and was able to complete the order.
