I mean this is the slowest checkout line I've ever been…read morein my life and it was only me in line. 2 checkout attendees, and of course they held the line for a customer to check around the store for a replacement item. Great part was after that customer came back and checked out. The employee proceeded to make sure all receipt registers were stocked and then walked off. What I perceived to be the manager called on the intercom for additional help after that employee walked off. But, he sat there behind the checkout counter and proceeded to chat with an employee for another 5 minutes instead of maybe manning the checkout himself... When I finally checked out, 10-15 minutes later, the backup checkout help never showed up and I checked out with the other attendee. I think next time I'll just order off Amazon, it would of probably been quicker!

The staff always speaks to you when you enter the store, they will look up things on the i pad if they are out of the item in the store and will let you know when the item will be coming into the store and when you can come back to get the item. The managers will help customers or ask them if they need help finding something, the girls in the fabric dept go way beyond helping the customers and they have knowledge of sewing and what is needed to finish a project. I wish they would expand the trim area and carry more items by the yard since Joann's went out of business trim by the yard is hard to find.

Fitting rooms and restrooms signs easily found. I bought 2 beautiful dresses, and a great pair of shoes. My dresses were priced around $25 and the shoes about $15. The quality was good. However I also saw top name brands like Calvin Klein which were pricier and better quality. I have always liked the Burlington stores and glad it opened in Indian Land, SC.

We just finished lunch at Emmets Social Table and decided to stop in. It's a very nice shop with lots of unique gifts and supplies for entertaining. There are items for kids, teens and adults. It's very clean and well set up for just cruising and shopping. The lady at the register was very nice and friendly and said they had done some creative things to manage through COVID.
