I purchased a sofa that I had researched and went to 4 different stores to get estimates. Everything was easy, half down and the balance upon delivery. He said it would be since is was a "special order" it would take 4-8 weeks. I spoke with John the end of March, he said it should be coming in any day. Called again in mid-April, John said he would check on it. Finally it came in and was delivered & paid for in full on May 1, 2026. First thing I noticed was the pillows were not the color I originally ordered, and notated on the order form. Called Tyndall that day, May 1, 2026, to go over the order and yes, they sent the incorrect pillow color. Was told it could take 3-5 weeks. Then a few days later noticed the legs were also NOT the ones I ordered, also notated by photo on the order form. Went in person to talk to someone since on May 15, 2026, since no one was returning my calls. John confirmed color and reordered pillow covers. June 11, 2026 Maryanne called to say that the pillow covers are in. Asked about the feet, she said not in yet, but would call me back when the feet and pillows were in. June 27, 2026 Maryanne called to say that the feet were no longer available and will main the pillow covers "today". July 13, 2026, called Maryanne about not getting the pillow covers yet. She said he forgot to put them in the mail and they were sitting right here on her desk and will send UPS & expedite. July 21, 2026, a friend was going that way (35 min drive) and said he'd stop in to check on the pillow covers. The receptionist located them in their back office . At the top of the Work Order it said "Called Customer 6-11-26, customer will P.U. Since that date I had called three times to try and get these pillow covers! And I just got lies. Tyndall customer service is great.... once you pay the money. After that, the customer hardly exists. Very Poor Customer Service! I will not recommend Tyndall to anyone for that reason.

I was a little apprehensive, even though i live and breathe design oriented stores. Just walking in made my adrenaline flow! I saw brands that i know and love and an eclectic bunch of accessories and "chotchkies" that make the store stand out from everyone else! The owners are brilliant with their buying and merchandising expertise and I'm now in love! The store fits in perfectly with the Blakeney vibe and demographic and I hope they grow and prosper for many years to come. What a pleasure it was to see such a beautiful shop and meet and work with some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff. I will be back, for sure!!!!

I was very impressed with the quantity and quality of the pieces displayed in her showroom. Even old shutters and windows become works of art. My husband and I have never had an experience this horrible with a business. Such a dishonest business owner, that wouldn't stand behind her product. Sold us a defective table that was missing the varnish (confirmed by a carpenter) and had a wobbling base. It was a different story and lie every time we talked to Michelle, then it got to the point where I wasn't going to put up with her bad attitude and irrational behavior. We then went to small claims court, she didn't show up but there was a judgment against her. She appealed it, then she showed up to arbitration with nothing but lies UNDER OATH and a forged receipt! She signed the receipt using my last name and the credit card is in my husband's name. She claimed that we approved the condition of the table, which was of course a complete lie. We weren't in store physically that day, and she signed the receipt using my maiden name instead of my husband's name. The receipt clearly says "manually entered". We finally got some of our money back after another judgment was issued against her, not that it even begins to make up for all the trouble we went through, time wasted and money spent. We've been dealing with this since October and the only mistake we ever made was stepping foot in that "store". They shouldn't even be in business, just look at all the negative reviews. It's almost the same story everytime. Michelle shouldn't be in Customer Service since she has none. Please shop ANYWHERE but here.

Got confirmation and pick up time for the Blakeney Target. Purchased at 4:00 pick up time was 6:00. We go to the store closer to 5 pm in hopes of getting it when it was ready. There were lots of the specific TV we chose on their shelves so we were confident it would be simple to get. We showed up at the pick up area and it wasn't ready so we left and came back at 6:00. Just before the clock hit 6:00 pm our order changed to unavailable. We had to choose another location or the order would cancel. We hurried back to the customer service pick up area and checked. We were told it was not here. So you guessed it. We went back to the electronics department to check and see if the TVs were all gone. Nope . Still several TVs on their shelves so we carried the TV up to customer service desk to get them to fix this . No one would. They all looked lost. We were standing there holding the very TV we had paid for and had the paid receipt for and yet the app said "no longer available" so the Manager in charge - Cam was called to assist. He continued to apologize but would not give us the TV. After 20 minutes of logical questions and pressing him to call someone who could do something Cam again continued to say - "Sorry but you have to go to some other location that the app shows has it in stock or cancel your order and repurchase it and he would give me the TV. " The issue was the bank had already removed my money from my account because we had purchased it online on the Target dot com website- so if I cancelled the order the money would not be available for 2-5 business days. There was no other money available to repurchase the TV . We had to drive to South Carolina to Indian Land to pick up a TV that was in stock because the manager was incompetent and could not fix the problem. Epic Customer Service FAILURE.
