I've been here many times over the last five years. I had been going to Michaels but after going here a few times, I've got in the habit of going regularly. I've found they do a great job with their custom framing and today stopped in to get an estimate on frame and mat. It was a little busy right before Christmas and I was assisted by Catherine. She gave me several choices of frames and mats and gave me cost estimates. I decided to go forward with her recommendations and she said it would be 7 to 10 days and they would give me a call. I decided to cruise around the store and look for some other items on my Christmas list. They have a huge selection of Christmas sales going on. I was able to find a few things that were on my list. After about 20 minutes, Catherine in the frame depart tracked me down and said she had extra help and was able to complete the order. What a change of events!, I was very pleased with the news and they did a great job at a great price. read more

Marcy is the best cashier, she is a newer member of the team but she was so polite and her line moved the quickest. Dealt with my return with little to no help and I was honestly motivated to spend the additional $98.67 I spent simply because of how kind and quick she was. I usually have a poor time with the cashiers being rude here except the manager (Jazmine) is amazing! Anyway, I made my purchase and left with a smile for once at this location. Good job Marcy! read more

i usually write 5 star reviews but this is worst place ever and i never even entered the store! so basically i was at the front door at 8:03 and they locked the door . i basically walked in front and a lady who looked like the manager walked up and opened a bit to talk to us and we (my sister 11 and i both minors) and she said they were closed . i said i knew what i wanted if we could quickly go and then i proceed to ask if the cash registers were open (they were).then she said that They were closed and she then proceeded to slam the door on me and my sister while my sister was trying to talk to her (she was abt to say that our dad was inside but we got ignored) after we went to the car my dad asked y did u not allow them in . and she said that we were being rude (we were not) saying that we said we saw the registers open and we wanted to come in . when my dad said that we were his kids she said we were rude . never recommend this place ! maybe she was just mad they were shutting down . read more

Usually enjoy shopping here. However the quality of the baking materials seem to be sub par. Also I went to return icing sugar sheets that appeared to be one color but were actually white. It does say they are white on the packaging but the print for this is super small compared to everything else. The sugar sheets are also hung above eye level (at least mine anyway). The print where the writing is printed was way above my eye level. When I got home and opened the packaging, I saw they were white sheets. I tried to return this and despite them saying they value customer satisfaction on the back of the receipt, they would not take this return because it was a food product. I had opened the outer packed not the inside packaging (as each was individually wrapped). It mentions nothing about food products on the return policy. read more

The store itself is great but the women's bathroom should be condemned. I don't think it's been cleaned since the store opened. I had to take a star off for that. read more

I love Hobby Lobby! I shouldn't be allowed in because I can't leave with the one thing I intended to buy. I end up with a cart full. They always have amazing sales and staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the registers. They are a little on the slow side. They also need a designated counter or register only for returns. This really slows things down when 3 registers are handling lengthy returns all at once. read more

Love Hobby Lobby....just wish they offered a better selection of machine embroidery threads......very limited.

This huge, immaculate, store, is much in the mold of A.C. Moore or Michaels - except it uses their formula as a starting point, and expands it to include items that the aforementioned stores don't have. A great store if you're into that kind of thing...Quality items, at low prices. read more

Love this store and the app! Anything Michael's doesn't have you can find it here. The app means I never have to print a coupon or go through my email while in line! There is always a helpful employee willing to help if you need it. read more

If people like Barbara H. want companies to provide coverage for birth control, then Barbara these same companies (like the Chinese government) should be allowed to tell you how many children you can have, when you can have them and forbid you to have anymore children. You and others like you would become the servants of these companies. Personally, I do not want a company to be a part of my personal life or my medical decisions. You can do like your mother, your grandmother and your great grandmother before you - take personal responsibility for your own life instead of being a social leech with the inability to control her own sexual destiny or that of her children. My dear, if a company is paying the bill, the company does acquire the rights to tell you what to do because they are paying the bill. Moreover, they may even tell you if you can have sex and with whom you can have it! You want things to go that far? Well, my dear you keep up with this crazy nonsense and they will some day. However, I do not believe that you have the right to tell a company to pay and not ask questions or make demands. If I am paying the bill, and it is my company you had better believe that my employees will follow my rules. You see some of us were taught to be pleased with good jobs and a paycheck at the end of a week instead of bringing our bosses/employers into the bedroom and our finances. You and others like you are leading this country towards socialism. Grow up and accept responsibility and your own medical costs. Sorry, but I see the big picture not your sorry little condom problems or inability to abstain from sexual relationships. Can you just hear them in human resources on Monday when they open the mail and have to process your invoices for birth control and you are not even married or even worse separated from your spouse, but dating? Instead we should not be paying for Viagra or other medications to assist the male species with their performance issues. Wake up folks! read more

Hobby Lobby is a great place to shop for any of your craft needs. Lately I have been disappointed with the choice of yarns available, purchased a few skeins of a lion brand yarn, a week later this yarn was no longer available. Looks as though a new brand is being offered. This is unacceptable for me. They have a sign that indicates they will order any specific yarn you want. Really? I can order the yarn for myself, it just needs to be stocked in the store! read more

Fine place for the silk flowers crowd, but it doesn't really take the place of the old hobby stores that once proliferated the landscape. For instance, in the hobby of comic collecting there is nothing for actual collectors (archive boxes, mylar bags, display frames) but a dump truck load of comic-themed chotskies for people that like everything about comics (movies, tv, t-shirts, cereal) except for the actual comic books (stories, art). Disappointing. read more
