There were only a sprinkling of items on sale (like a few T-shirts, sunglasses, and some miscellaneous items), so still a bit to check out. More than retail, it seems the place is now more of an artsy crafty place than a retail store. The entire place looked bigger...more space, since less retail. I thought they should have had some overhead music to fill the empty space, and give it more of a vibe. They still had this bar area, where they served wine (aside from the Jackass Cafe in the back). Still, I love the big, wide, open space that this place has to offer...and its Bohemian vibe. And did I mention their awesome artwork on their walls - both inside and out? Staff was very helpful in locating a wagon when I picked up too many plants to carry and answered questions about where to check out and identified plants for us throughout our visit. We spent about an hour browsing the various greenhouses aisle by aisle, and quickly realized they have many different sizes and price points for just about everything. I loved the indoor space too and got lots of ideas for yard decor as well as some new indoor plants. My favorite find is pictured here, some variety of hydrangea I think they said. It's a striking combination of fuchsia pink blooms with dark foliage and looks nothing like what I would expect from a hydrangea. We talked about care tips and how to plant it. I hope it stays this color! I doubt my husband will allow me to go back every week, as this would quickly get expensive. I did not stop picking up plants until the wagon was overloaded and I had gone back to a full armload. We'll return several times throughout the growing season though, as I am not seeing so many different varieties in any of the other plant shops or stores in the area.
