Product arrived with no issues. Packaging around the product was outstanding. Service through the website was easy. Value of the product was a little high but was worth the purchase. read more

Beautiful Polish Pottery and hand blown glass. Rock Hill is lucky to have this gem in their city. Located in a stripmall. They have beautiful patterns and lots of things that are so cute you can't help splurging. Some things are so unusual you never knew you needed them. Lol. We like their discount days and go for the deals. The staff is very organized and they carefully wrap each purchase for you so that it makes it home without breaking. They even have ornaments for your tree. Over the years, I have bought soup bowls, a soup tureen, wine, water, juice, and champagne glasses, ornaments, vases, cheese plate, butter dish, loaf pan, ginger jars, and other items. Usually they have special patterns for Halloween, Christmas, and Easter. Good place to find unusual gifts. read more

Their website is super easy to use so that made it even better when picking out my dishes. I would say though, very overpriced. I go to Poland often so I get them for a fraction of the price but I understand not everyone has that luxury. They had a great selection and many sets, which I love! It was very easy communicating with them through email. I dont know about in person service since I ordered online. read more

I was recently in Poland but did not find any Christmas ornaments for sale. I was delighted to find the ornaments sold by Blue Rose Pottery. When I placed my order, they arrived in a timely manner and were well wrapped to protect against breakage. I am pleased with my order and look forward to seeing the ornaments on the Christmas tree. read more

Years ago I was lucky enough to travel through Poland, including Boleslaweic, where this pottery is hand made and hand painted. I know the back breaking work that goes in to each piece. You should not be surprised by the $$$ price tags. I love Blue Rose Pottery. I shopped, online, for years purchasing wedding/special gifts for other. So, I was surprised to see an actual shop in the Rock Hill area and I loved wandering through there story, seeing all the new colors and pretty pieces. Since I already have A LOT of this dishware, I only purchased a few coffee mugs - but will treasure them. read more

Outstanding and heirloom product selection. i knew where my order was every step of the way.

Beautiful pottery. Was a perfect gift and replacement for our berry bowl. Looking forward to many years of serving.

Website details are horribly misleading and wrong. If you order a 12oz coffee mug, you will get the jumbo sized 16oz mug. All support says is "we size our mugs to what we think people will fill them to". Good luck on the refund as you will be out 20$ to ship the mug back. Customer service is HORRID, and you as the customer are always wrong. Order elsewhere and save you money, time, and sanity. read more

Great customer service. They helped me identify the pattern and shape of an existing piece that I needed to replace. Item arrived well packed and with good speed. Looking forward to giving it as a gift. read more

Excellent selection and delivery! We have shopped here before and will again. Thanks for a job well done.

I ordered the beautiful serveware with four plates, like a lazy susan but doesn't turn. I waited months for it and sure enough Blue Rose contacted me when it came in and there was only one. I was so happy and it's gorgeouis. The professional way Blue Rose does business makes it a pleasure to shop with them. Every item is gorgeous, packed perfectly, comes in a couple of days and the customer service is pleasant and very quick to respond. I love everything I've bought at Blue Rose and it's the only Polish pottery company I look to for what I want to have for years to come. read more

I love the quality, promptness of delivery and great customer service of Blue Rose Pottery. I went to Poland over twenty years ago to the factories that made my set of dishes and all the extra pieces I have and was wondering after coming to the US how I would be able to purchase extra pieces due to breakage or to expand my collection. I was soooo happy to find Blue Rose Pottery on line when one of my plates broke years ago!! I have been a customer ever since! The quality is excellent and I know that what I buy is not "seconds" having been to the factories and seen what their seconds look like. Blue Rose Pottery is my go to for my Polish Pottery needs. They never disappoint. Packaging is excellent! They pack all of their orders with packing peanuts inside the box for protection during shipping. I have never had a piece arrive broken. I can't say enough good about this business!! Thank you Blue Rose Pottery!! You have a customer for life!! read more

These pottery pieces are wonderful! The last 3 sets of dishes I had, came out of the microwave so hot I had to use oven mitts every time. NOT my Blue Rose Pottery! Most times they can be handled without gloves! BONUS!! Besides they are WAY more beautiful. If only they would make a decent sizes Pasta/Salad bowl (Jungle Flower)- then I would be ecstatic!! And how about some cute individual chip/dip sets - for salsa, chips and dips, or any appetizers with sauces. They are functional and beautiful. read more

I love all my Polish Pottery that I've gotten from Blue Rose. I can not wait to use it for our Family Thanksgiving.

I love the pasta/salad bowls that I received, while they are too big for pasta or salad I am using them as serving dishes. I also appreciate the new customer coupon offered. read more

Ordered a beautiful butter dish that unfortunately has a top too small to fit a stick of butter. I called and was rudely told that their dishes are as described and that if I wanted to return to follow the instructions. By the tine I return it I will have almost $100 into this item. Won't order again. read more

We stopped in the shop when returning from a visit down South last summer. Tons of beautiful Polish Pottery in stock and some nice deals on some of them. Recently I ordered online and the package came well packed and within a few days. My only wish was that they'd offer deeper discounts. 25% off is about as much as they offer online, although they do offer free shipping over a certain amount. If you're looking for a specific pattern or piece, this is a great place to start your search. read more

Great service and delivery as always. The website is easy to use and just love the generous reward points.

This location is permanently closed to the public and only offers curbside pick-up from online or phone orders. Do not make a special trip to veiw patterns in person, this place is closed. read more

I bought A $36 butter dish that when received was much larger than I expected. It takes two hands to pick up a butter dish because of how large it is. I returned it within the 10 days. It cost me $16.50 to ship it and they only returned a portion of what I paid them. Pretty disappointing to pay $26 for an object that I did not keep. read more

I paid for 5 dishes and a mug. I never received the package. I was told to ask neighbors or put in a claim with my house insurance. They were never delivered as fed ex claimed. I live in a secure, gated community. Blue Rose did not stand by their delivery and I was out of a significant amount of money. read more

I purchased a rabbit figurine and although an authentic stamp was featured in a photo with the figurine it came without one. Since this was purchased as a gift for a collector I cannot gift it to her. Upon contacting Blue Rose Pottery I was told by Sophie they ship a separate card stating it is authentic. Since I did not receive one they offered to send me more cards. I guess I should have accepted as then I can buy more non authentic items and just present a card with it. I will not be purchasing from them again! read more

PLEASE READ *(one) Star reviews. They all deal with the fact that Blue Rose Pottery does not guarantee you will receive your product once you have paid for goods and shipping. I lost several hundred dollars this year at Christmas when I reported my items had not arrived. I was told that FED EX uses a GPS tracking system to show their truck stopped at my house on the day my deliveries were to have been made - TWICE. They did not replace my items. They did not apologize. They simply said - "Sorry, you obviously got your items." I am stunned that they treat a loyal, long-time customer this way. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING FROM THEM AGAIN - EVER. read more

Blue Rose Pottery deals exclusively in Polish pottery - very pretty, intricate patterns, all types of dinnerware, serving pieces, home decor items, etc. This location is described as their "warehouse location" so expect, other than a small retail showroom, a warehouse shopping experience with concrete floors, cinder block walls and bare bones wooden shelving. It is difficult to find if you're not looking for it but it's not far from the Wal Mart on the Tega Cay/Fort Mill border. Other locations (which I've not visited) are in the Blacklion stores on Park Rd and in Huntersville. The product selection at this location is huge, as you'd expect in the warehouse location. Almost too huge to fully appreciate and to shop thoroughly. But if you love this product, you owe it to yourself to come take a look. BTW, you'll save on sales tax by shopping the SC location instead of the Blacklion locations. They do run coupons and specials so check the website before you visit. We confused our cashier a bit because we wanted to use both the current 20% off the entire order coupon along with the free shipping for orders over $150. She had a little trouble with this but diligently worked through the process until we were able to use both. Saved us quite a bit of money as our purchase was a Christmas gift for relatives in Florida! Note too that the business hours at the warehouse location are limited to Monday-Saturday, 10 am - 5 pm. read more

We stopped here on impulse, after having lunch further south, and were pleasantly surprised with the experience. As the other reviewer noted, it is a small showroom for Polish-made pottery, with a larger warehouse space; in total, though, the area is what you'd expect for an early-20th-century store in a downtown location, so it isn't huge. Their selection is impressive, though, and the staff were very helpful at explaining the patterns and pieces. For example, we noticed a few Christmas ornaments, and one of us has a relative who collects such things. We asked, and they pointed us to their larger collection of ornaments, sorting out which were on sale. Another example, we noted a small tea set, and a staff member went to find all the pre-bagged sets, to show the different pattern designs available, since they weren't on display. The staff were friendly as well as helpful, and did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They let us browse freely, pick up and examine pieces, explained the patterns and manufacturing, etc. I would definitely return if I were looking for housewares or gifts of such a unique origin. They noted that 85% of their business is on the Internet, so I can understand the small location, but it was pretty easy to browse the shelves in the warehouse as well as the showroom. If you like pottery, or Poland, and are in the area, you should stop by. If you aren't in the area, check out their web site. read more

My grandmother was from Poland, so I am slowly collecting Polish pottery. My daughter-in-law's family is also from Poland, so now she gets gifts of Polish pottery from me. I love Blue Rose Pottery because they have an extensive line of all the different patterns and pieces. They also sell in place settings and that's how I have been getting my tableware--one place setting at a time. Great selection, great service, on-time delivery, well packed......everything that makes a great go-to store for my collection. read more
