Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

We had called and asked if they could replace a drive pulley and belt along with a tune up on the…read moremower itself. They did a partial tune up and "reinstalled the drive belt". The pulley is still not turning aka they didn't replace it nor did they replace the belt in which part of it was melted onto that pulley originally which is why we wanted both replaced. They charged almost $400 and then just left it in our driveway with the keys in it. No acknowledgement that it was handed over or conversation about the fix. Very upsetting when you trust a company with a piece of machinery like this. Update: after about a week of trying to get a hold of them as to why they didn't do the job we had asked for and paid for they then took our mower for another 2 weeks and then preceeded to charge us not only for parts but for labor they should have done when asked to do the first time. Not to mention on their invoice stating this was new damage and I have pictures of the area from before even the first time with the belt ate up and the pully not working.
