My wife and I ended up purchasing some beautiful dining room chairs at a great price, and are now using Cowbridge to look for other pieces for our house as well. Just fyi, this place will ruin you for any other furniture store; you'll never be able to go back to any of the chains without comparing them to Cowbridge and their level of craftsmanship and quality. My partner and I had been looking for a very specific kind of couch that had to meet a lot of…read morecriteria...deep seats, dual recliner, a certain length and fabric because we have two cats that could have possibly damaged anything leather or suede. We went to 4 or 5 places in the Rock Hill and Pineville areas. Farmers was the last stop we made and we were very pleasantly surprised! Our sales associate, Michael, listened to all of our requirements and knew exactly were to take us in the showroom. He pointed out a few items to consider and then did what I wish EVERY furniture store did - he left us alone to try out the couches we were most interested in and didn't hover around us. I hate that! Instead, he told us to come grab him if we needed him and then he left us to ourselves. He is a really nice guy and we both felt really at ease when we interacted with him. We eventually found the perfect couch that met all of our needs. It even had a few "wow" extras we hadn't even been looking for...there's a cold storage area under the middle section of the couch for drinks and snacks, the center back of the couch folds down to reveal cups holders, two, small adjustable lights to use instead of turning on an overhead light in the middle of a movie if you're sitting in the dark and each recliner section has a MASSAGER feature. We were 100% sold! There was a 20% off sale on all the items in the showroom that day and delivery was half of what I would have paid anywhere else. The quality of the couch is great; one of the most comfortable sofas I've ever sat on. The delivery guys were here early so my day wasn't ruined by having to sit around all day waiting on the couch to get here - I really appreciated that! They were respectful to our other furniture and made sure they were careful around our walls and doorways as they carried the couch in to set it up. If you're looking for great furniture at a great price from a company ran by super nice, helpful folks, then Farmers is your place to buy!

The GM is apparently "new" and should've NEVER accepted a position of that upholding if she can't even comprehend simple finances and communication. The pure lack of communication within the entirety of the store is absolutely wild! I've been contacted multiple times over $40 that could've easily been resolved with SIMPLE COMMUNICATION, but instead they're now trying to send people to come pick up my furniture when I've NEVER been late on a payment, nonetheless I've ALWAYS paid ahead of time! Not to mention, I paid my JUNE payment in MAY and because I extended my account and bought more furniture (down payment of $1,900) the same day I paid my payment for my precious furniture, my payment for June has been discarded and they're expecting me to pay an additional $141 to my $108 I've already paid. My payments went up $40 due to adding the additional furniture I purchased. Common sense says I owe $40, but not to them! Do not waste your time, energy, or money going to this establishment! Facebook marketplace has just of nice furniture on there with less the hassle. I've been a LOYAL customer since 2023 and have sent MULTIPLE people here just to be treated so poorly.
