I saw brands that i know and love and an eclectic bunch of accessories and "chotchkies" that make the store stand out from everyone else! The owners are brilliant with their buying and merchandising expertise and I'm now in love! The store fits in perfectly with the Blakeney vibe and demographic and I hope they grow and prosper for many years to come. Some retro. Same with the sodas in the fridge. What really sparked my interest was the sourdough starter and yogurt cultures. I only got the sourdough starter and I look forward to trying it. The Waxhaw General Store is the only place I think I've seen it on the shelf. I hope it works out.
