I needed to get a picture uploaded onto a canvas frame, and so I came to this location to see how they could help. The worker behind the Frame section of the store was very polite and helpful. We were having issues with blowing my picture up, and he was very patient with me waiting for me to re-upload the picture again and worked with me on getting the right size. The whole process went smooth and quick. The store overall was very clean and quiet. Everything was easy to find. They have a big open parking lot so plenty of spaces to choose from. Large parking lot in front. I came with my parents on a recent trip to them and was able to score a great parking spot. There is a handicap ramp in front and automatic doors to enter and exit. The staff members seemed friendly and helpful. Everything was neat, clean and well organized. They had a huge inventory of fall items, and even some Christmas stuff out on Labor Day weekend. I am all about decorating for the holidays, but lets not put it out during a heat wave. Checkout was easy. Everything went smoothly. I will be back with my parents! read more

My planner just ran out in June 2020, I saw this really cute one online and had to have it. My life always feels kind of out of my control at times being a 2 time domestic violence survivor and all. I enjoy the little thing in life like gardening, homeschooling, coffee and most of all organizing my planner. I came in about 30 minutes to closing tonight due to receiving a ride from someone very close to me after my car broke down during the pandemic. I didn't really see the actual planner I was looking for but knew they were in stock at this location, I was on the app days ago scouting out the one I wanted in particular when I asked a very sweet girl with duo colored hair weather or not they were in stock. she climbed down for her ladder on another shelf and proceeded to assist me in looking for the one I wanted, she was very kind about it and I made sure to take a photo of her name tag so that I was able to give her credit for her patience and kindness today. I felt like she went above and beyond today because she could have just shrugged me off since it was close to closing but she did not and she made my night. I'm sure if you checked the cameras you'd see me leaving section 10 smiling with the planner in hand and holding it tight to my heart. VERY DISAPPOINTED! My wife and I visited the store tonight at 8:45pm knowing that the store closes at 9pm. They announced three times that they close at 9pm, while one of the employees also approached us and asked if we needed help, although she had a look of frustration as if she wants to go home. We were standing in the picture frame section and when she walked away, she literally said out loud to her manager, "Get the hell out!" They were still standing in the picture frame section and laughed after she made that comment. We still purchased our 3 frames , but would prefer to share our disappointment. We would also welcome the district manager contacting us if they read our humble feedback! Retail is not a fun job but at least save your comments until we leave. By the way, we were in our car at 8:57pm and clearly left without staying over the time of closing! read more

I like this particular location. They always have whatever I need in stock. The cashiers are always knowledgeable and friendly. However, checkout is slow every time I go. I can generally get help in some departments such as floral and paint/canvases but not always in the craft/Cricut area. I wish Michael's would carry fabric in at least one of the stores, but that isn't reflected in the review score. I come here often and will continue to patronize for t-shirts, storage, and other craft needs. read more

For whatever reason, I always feel like Michael's is the more expensive option when it comes to crafting/art/framing supplies. My last visit proved me wrong in that my item ended up being $5 less than the marked shelf price. A nice surprise at the register - but maybe they did that on purpose to lure me in even more! Usually I used to wait for the Sunday paper and the 50% off a reg priced item coupon to use it, but I got tired of waiting for the paper and started going elsewhere for my art supply needs. You can find a lot of items in here, in a pinch... but unfortunately Michaels would be my second choice before some of the other stores (that are located nearby). read more

This is the first time I've gone to this location and it was a bit of an around my a** to get to my elbow traverse, but I eventually found it. I'm always overwhelmed when I'm in a chock-a-block store such as Michaels. There is so much to look at and weed through! Although I appreciate the large selection it is very hard to figure out where - o - where it is! It's hard to find someone to help you. I definitely suggest they wear some attention-grabbing smocks or vests so that I can tell them apart from the customers. They did have the cupcake boxes I was looking for and some fun cupcake stands that I picked up also. I'm sure I'll be back in there when there is some other random thing I need! read more

Buyer beware! If you order same day delivery, Michaels uses a delivery service called Roadie.com. I had some yarn delivered on 12/31 @ 10:30 am by a woman who works for Roadie service.....the woman left her car in drive while she brought the package to my front door and the car drove into my backyard fence knowing it down. My neighbor and my ring camera witnessed her getting into the car and leaving before I even knew what had happened. Unpin calling Michaels, I was told that they have nothing to do with this matter and that I had to call the Roadie company. Roadie.com has a base in Atlanta Georgia but I believe I was talking to the customer support line who was in another country due to a thick accent. They would not provide me with any information about the driver at all and told me that my case would go to their special unit and they would get back to me. Unpin calling the county sheriffs dept, a deputy sheriff came to my hometown to make a report. He too called Roadie and they were less than cooperative giving him the same story. I am truly disappointed in this whole situation and in Michaels Store that they would use such a service that doesn't vet their drivers. They offered no help at all and in fact told me that they have had many complaints about this delivery service. read more

This is a store I come to as a 2nd or 3rd choice. For a very long time they were the only game in town for their specific merchandise. I felt they were always pricey and also not particularly pleasant to interact with. It's gard to find assistance when you're looking for help in the store. Checkout has become faster but no one seems happy to be there. I see improvement in number of finished options and pricing in floral department but I never see any one in floral to speak with. Their coupon offerings are many but only on regular priced items. Why not mark mire seasonal and/or holiday items down earlier to move them out and encourage shoppers like me to buy more items? read more

My wife really likes this store and it is close to our business and house. The only thing is I feel like the staff isn't the friendliest. And I feel like they are always out of what I need. Haha.
