I reached out on Facebook Marketplace and specifically asked if an item could be held until the next day, as I was working. The business assured me they would hold it, but then, out of nowhere, I got a notification that it was sold--despite my confirmed hold request. When I called for clarification, they kept giving me the runaround: first, they were too busy to check, then promised a callback that never came. After multiple attempts, I think they just blocked my number once they realized I was still trying to reach them. Ironically, they were quick to update the listing that the item sold--no issue there. But holding a customer's item as promised? Apparently, that was too much. I won't be doing business here again, and I'd strongly caution others who need reliable service.

When you enter you are almost never greeted and frequently looking for a sales associate. Typically I only see one person working at a time. The staff are friendly. It's well lit and smells good from the candles and such. They have a wide variety of home good decor and typically have a sale. The sales are nothing spectacular to cause a line or buzz but will be 25 percent off or 15 percent off. They have candles pillows mirrors wall art tables place settings etc. they have seasonal selections. I have seen some great prices on items here and some over priced items too. From the store itself being in shambles to the complete and utter lack of customer service, six weeks later I still have vivid memories of how far Target has fallen from when I worked at the company. We needed something unlocked in Electronics and despite being in the area for over 10 minutes, there wasn't anyone around and there were no buttons to push to ask for assistance and instead had to find someone in another area who could not have been less interested in assisting us in connecting us with the person that could unlock this item. I would try a Walmart in this area before going to this Target again.
