Too cluttered with junk wax recently and there are hardly ever any new packs or boxes to buy…read moreanymore. I think there were maybe 5 options for buying loose packs...all of which were overpriced. Not sure how a hobby store can get by with such a minimal selection long-term. The new middle section loaded with 90s cards kind of kills a lot of the openness the shop had as well, and it is hard to move around. There seems to be more of an emphasis on singles than in the past. I used to spend $2-3K a year here, and got to know many of the regulars who always came in to buy packs or sealed boxes. The thrill of the chase was what kept us coming back...if we wanted singles, we'd go to eBay and pick them up. Until this changes, I won't be back. I came here once or twice a month before the ownership change, and loved Bob and Linda. It feels less like a family store now, and more like a business. What a shame.

I was delighted to find a big selection of STEM games/activities, hot wheels, dress up gowns, and sports equipment. The staff are very helpful and will hold items for you at the register while you look around for more. It is a magical store for any kiddo. It is a little pricier than other options but I love to support local when I can and I also love seeing the look on my kids face when they are in a proper toy store!

I witnessed deeply disturbing behavior at this store that I cannot stay silent about…read more A customer -- a Veteran -- came in to sell a large collection. The owner's son referred to him using a racial slur and called him "boy." When the customer's mother stepped in to ask reasonable questions about the lowball offer they were given, the owner's son repeatedly belittled and yelled at her. It escalated further when the owner's son made a threatening gesture -- grabbing himself and stepping toward the back door in an aggressive manner, as if looking for a physical confrontation. He also told the customer, "You want my money," in a demeaning way. This entire scene played out in front of a store full of people. Several bystanders, including myself, stepped in to help the man with his collection, and we all left together. This business should not be trusted. I've also personally witnessed them quote one price and then lowball with another. The behavior was racist, threatening, and completely unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not shop here.

Once I got the register and realized that it didn't ring up correctly, a supervisor came over and told me I needed to go back to the fabric department and have them fix it. Joel is the only one that came over and fixed the situation. I'm not sure why they couldn't take my word for it and give me the 30% off. Took 15 minutes to get it sorted out. Trust your customers! I shouldn't have to go out of my way to fix a problem that I didn't create. I guess saving the company $5 is more important than a customer experience. I won't be back.

The worker behind the Frame section of the store was very polite and helpful. We were having issues with blowing my picture up, and he was very patient with me waiting for me to re-upload the picture again and worked with me on getting the right size. The whole process went smooth and quick. The store overall was very clean and quiet. Everything was easy to find. They have a big open parking lot so plenty of spaces to choose from. Great store.

There is a handicap ramp in front and automatic doors to enter and exit. The staff members seemed friendly and helpful. Everything was neat, clean and well organized. They had a huge inventory of fall items, and even some Christmas stuff out on Labor Day weekend. I am all about decorating for the holidays, but lets not put it out during a heat wave. Checkout was easy. Everything went smoothly. I will be back with my parents!
