On my 4th call, I kindly ask the associate to please not transfer me because it keeps dropping my calls. She insists she has to transfer me to geek squad even though I'm telling her I already talked to geek squad and they tried to send me back to the store which then resulted in my call being dropped. They were so patient and helpful with ensuring she was well informed of all of her services she currently has and found discounts along the way. The manager even came over to check in on my Mom and Karon- she was quite pleasant and personable as well. Most times when you visit these type of retail stores, you feel rushed and sometimes pushed into services and items you don't really need. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM. I made my first call to Batteries Plus, the woman was very rude and short with me---Pass!!!! The Pineville location has bad reviews anyways. Next on my list Staymobile!!!!! At 9 AM rushed over to Staymobile to be the first in-line to drop off my iPhone. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Staymobile!! My phone looks awesome!!!
