She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through every step without ever making us feel rushed. Even after our phones were delivered to our home, she invited us back to the store and personally helped us set everything up, including parental controls for my daughter's phone. That level of care truly went above and beyond. Our sales representative, Isabella, was also wonderful to work with -- kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process. You can tell Hope is an exceptional leader. She clearly invests in her team, supports them, and guides them to provide outstanding customer service. AT&T is very fortunate to have both Hope and Isabella -- we are extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend this team to anyone considering switching.
