She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through every step without ever making us feel rushed. Even after our phones were delivered to our home, she invited us back to the store and personally helped us set everything up, including parental controls for my daughter's phone. That level of care truly went above and beyond. Our sales representative, Isabella, was also wonderful to work with -- kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process. On a recent visit to this location, I had a good experience but the caveat is that the store was empty and I was able to be helped right away. The reason for my visit was to get a new SIM card for my iPhone and the associate was very helpful in resolving my issue. The reason for the three star is because the associate could've been more knowledgeable and friendly in the beginning without making me feel like I was bothering her. For simple requests due to phone issues or account issues, I would return but not to purchase any products or services. They work on commission and it's hard to tell when someone is being legit with you. read more

Nothing will probably come off this, but I have to get it off my chest. I upgraded my iPhone 8 to an iPhone 12 last Thursday at the Wesley Chapel, NC location. The "manager" barely got up from his seat the entire time me and two other customers were in the store. He texted with someone constantly. He told me that the $15 monthly insurance was mandatory and I could cancel it once I left the store. He told me I had to buy a block for the new USB-c cord because my regular USB cord for my old iPhone 8 might not work on the 12. I upgraded my daughter's phone today at a different location and found out that everything he told me 4 days ago were all complete lies. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER go back to that location. read more

Do not buy items or open an account here!!! Conner, a man who claims to be the store manager, however doesn't know anything when questioned about issues insisted that I transfer my already opened ATT account to a "business account" while I was adding a new line and phone for my daughter. He claimed it would save me money as a small business owner. During the process, it turned out that I had to put more money down to purchase the new phone which I hadn't initially planned on when entering the store. I assumed it would be on a payment plan and added to my present bill which is what is generally how it works. He offered to send me via email a "$100 gift card" and also handed me SIX $10 gift cards for my troubles in having to spend more up front than planned and also for waiting as he multi tasked handling another upset customer. Guess what? $100 email card never came and all but one of the $10 gift cards didn't work and we're marked "already submitted" after trying to redeem. I returned to the store to clear things up and at that point I found Conner watching football in the store which he seemed bothered to disconnect from and he told me that their "computers weren't working at the moment" so he "couldn't help me". When I asked him about the gift cards and where I should be looking out for the $100 gift card as far as email goes he had NO answer and pretended to text an "upper manager" and said he'd get back to me. That was three days ago. I just got off the phone with Conner today and when I asked for said "upper manager" info to get this taken care of with answers which apparently he couldn't provide he told me that not only is this upper manager "on vacation" but that he actually doesn't have a contact for an upper manager to share and gave me the general 18002882020 ATT number to deal with this all!!! I assume Conner and other employees receive some bonus perk for opening new accounts which entices them to lie as he seemed to be super knowledgeable and very eager to give me incentives to open my account as a business one, however a box of rocks when questioned about his gift card ploys. All planned out and an embarrassing way to make a living by trying to take someone's money out of false pretenses. I will NEVER enter this store again and I hope I can spare someone else this drama. read more

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this store....I wish I could give a negative rating!! Went to the store to become a new ATT Wireless customer, but they did not have the phone we wanted. We were told by JORDAN that the phone would be in on Tuesday, but we need to pay the taxes upfront. He charged our card, and told us we'd receive a call when the phone was in on Tuesday. Wednesday came and went, and still no phone call. We showed up at the store on Thursday night around 7pm. JUSTIN was in the store, and did not acknowledge us for almost 45 minutes. Finally, he acknowledges our presence, and we tell him the phone was delivered and signed for at their store, as we got a tracking email. He tells us he can't find the phone and can't help us because he's not allowed to put new stock in inventory. The only person who can, is NICK, who happened to be on vacation for a week and won't be back until next Tuesday. AT this point, we say, forget it, just give us a refund. JUSTIN, tells us he doesn't know how to give us a refund. We leave the store, and call ATT corporate. They tell us they cannot help us, as the refund has to come from the store itself. Not to worry, as there will be no charges because we did not receive the phone. Friday, husband goes back to the store, and speaks to the manager, and is told he could not find the phone either, and would not give us a refund. Also had the audacity to tell us we were going to get charged a RESTOCKING FEE!!! How does that work when we don't even have the phone???? Today, we get a call from JORDAN, and he said we had to take ownership of the phone, before we could get a refund!! That made no sense. When we refused to do that, and I explained to him that we were fed up of the run around, and expected our money back, his response was, "Are you finished now? You see, just because I have a badge on my shirt that says, AT&T, does not mean that I care". PS... We're staying with Verizon!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! My family has been with AT&T for many years.... We have used this store, spent a ton of money and just upgraded 5 phones... A few months ago, the sales rep who helped us couldn't have been nicer... today October 22 2019 at 5:30 we went in for some help..(because her phone was acting up)... no one was in the store but after 10 minutes the only sales girl there came out and couldn't have been ruder.... Apparently we were pulling her away from whatever she was doing in the back of the store....She REFUSED to give her name and basically told my wife to leave.... About 20 minutes later I called several times to get the managers name and this same girl answered the phone... wouldn't give her name or the managers and hung up.. I would suggest not wasting your time and going to Best Buy! Their customer service has always been stellar! read more

Very off putting experience!!! Came to this store to buy a new phone and add a phone line. They guy working was put out that we would do such a thing. We were the only customer in the store. We asked a question about a promo for an iPhone that's on the website that said in store and online. He had no idea about the deal and said we were wrong. He then answered the phone and began helping the person on the phone for an extended period of time. After waiting and hearing how he was speaking to the person on the phone we decided to leave. He came into the parking lot after us to let us know the deal was online only despite what the website says. We went to target across the street and got the AT&T deal plus a target deal. read more

Just stopped at this location to have my iPhone battery checked at 4:10pm on Monday 4-10-17 and the lights were on but the door was locked and no one would answer. The store hours are listed on the door as 10:00am -8:00pm. As we are knocking on the door a female employee in a Gray minivan pulls up in front of the store and watches us - she sits in her car until we leave and then enters the store through a side door. We go back to the the front door after the employee is inside with her bag of food and she still will not open the door as we knock. WOW- I guess she decided that she was too busy for customers today! I will never take my business to this store again. read more

I had wanted to get a Samsung S7 Edge, but the store did not have it in stock. So Justin Ordered it for me and said someone would call when they received it. I got the tracking number on my order and saw it was delivered (received by Nick) on Wednesday but got no phone call then or Thursday. So I went in knowing they had it. Jordan was there and was working with a client. However he failed to even provide a simple "hello" or "I'll be with with you as soon as I am done here" or something else to acknowledge that he knew I was there. The clients he had were also taking advantage of him with the non sense they put him through. After almost an hour he finally got to me. I told him I was here to pick up the phone. He went into the back but came back empty handed saying none is in inventory. I told him I had the order number and tracking, bujt he said it wouldn't help and he was not able to put the phone into inventory and his manager was on vacation. e took a second look, but still nothing. I asked when would the manager be in,he said next week. I said, I'm not waiting, I want to cancel the order. He said he doesn't know how to do that, they left me here by myself and I'm not able to help you. I asked when Nick would be in, he said tomorrow. I asked who he was and was told the store manager.?.?.?.? Thought he was on vacation? At that I left, and went home and called AT&T support. `Surprisingly I had to wait 30 mins, got disconnected, then had to wait again.
