My tip? Avoid! Find a local business you can work with who can produce what you need. 9 times out of 10 you will pay the same and get better quality. You wait an hour for an agent, only to find out they can't actually help you and just tell you "somebody will contact you when they can." And then nothing happens. No matter how hard you press, they will not do anything to help and will not let you talk to anybody else. You just wait and wait. Meanwhile, I missed my delivery window with my customers and they didn't care one bit. After a week, they tried to release my orders to fulfillment without fixing the problem just to make it go away because they were tired of hearing from me every day. I posted a review on another site and they responded with, "please send us your particulars and we'll get right on it." I did, and absolutely nothing happened. I eventually had to cancel all the orders and fulfill them through Gelato, and I never did hear a peep from anybody at Printful. Only choose this company if you really hate yourself.

We had already coordinated the claim and parts directly with Ember, who was responsive and supportive throughout the process. Unfortunately, once the camper was in Camping World's custody, the experience turned into a months-long ordeal. During the service period: * Parts ordering was repeatedly delayed despite the issue already being diagnosed * The manual brake system housing/frame area was damaged while in service * All entertainment system connections were removed or disconnected for unknown reasons * Water line connections broke while the camper was in dealer custody, later requiring repair * Our Lippert jack is now non-functional and must be replaced * The camper sat on their lot for an extended period, resulting in four months of storage costs To be fair, our Service Advisor Ryan Jacobs was consistently professional, polite, and responsive. He appeared to be navigating delays and capacity issues beyond his control. Since getting the camper back, we have also noticed small irregularities such as items being out of place or missing (including brand-new headlamps and flashlights stored inside). While minor compared to the larger issues, it raises concerns about how the unit was handled while in service. Ember's support during the process was excellent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the dealership service execution. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Camping World - Concord, NC for warranty service.

Leading up to delivery, I received multiple text confirmations, and the delivery team arrived on time. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The crew began unpacking and assembling the table ("white glove" delivery), but quickly discovered they didn't have the hardware to put it together. Neither delivery person spoke English, so they had to call a translator, who then had to call customer service. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, I finally got on the line with a representative who told me I'd need to wait 7-10 more days for the missing parts to arrive and suggested I just accept the order as-is. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience--especially since I had already gotten rid of my old table--she said she couldn't answer that. At that point, I refused the order and requested a refund. The delivery team packed everything back up and left, then called the Mooresville store. I later spoke with the manager, who apologized and promised I'd receive a refund once the furniture was returned to the warehouse. To make matters worse, when I first purchased the set, the salesperson was extremely pushy about selling me a 5-year coverage plan. Out of curiosity, I checked online afterward and found the exact same set for $500 less than what I was charged in-store. As of today (8/20/25), I still have not received any confirmation about my refund. Between the poor communication, lack of accountability, missing parts, higher pricing, and the overall hassle, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. This was my first (and last) time shopping at an Ashley store. I cannot recommend the Mooresville location--or Ashley in general--based on this experience.
