Target in Wesley Chapel has gone down slightly over my couple of with respect to customer service and being able to keep the shelves stocked completely. The customer service help desk is still doing a great job but the other associates not so much. In the electronics department, it takes a while for them to acknowledge you and then when they do, it seems like a chore to them. The grocery aisles have many bare spots where food or other household items should be. This means is can be hit or miss when you visit. The shelf check does run smoothly and I haven't had any issues there but the cashiers seemed overwhelmed sometimes and can be flustered any minor inconveniences. I still shop here because it's 10 minutes from my home but I do make sure that what I want is in stock before heading out. read more

One of my favorite discoveries of the pandemic is how awesome Target's curbside pickup is. We're fully vaccinated now, but I still use it because it's more convenient than going inside and doing my own grocery shopping. I really like that they have no minimum order and you don't have to select a pickup time. You just order and your groceries are ready within 2 hours. You have until the end of the next day to pick them up. This isn't our normal Target, but we stopped here since we were in the area eating dinner. Like many Targets, it's located in a pretty busy shopping center. read more

Location is in a nice area where it's apart of a shopping center. There is plenty of parking. I have been here several times. The staff aren't too excited to help and seem busy. You would think it's a nice target because of the area but customer service is lacking. They have an organized store where it's well lit. However the employees have carts blocking areas and it's at different times of the day and different days so it' must be a popular place where they constantly need to restock. Also there are some price differences. This is the price for a vanilla latte with almond milk at Starbucks is $4.70 at the sun valley and Monroe road locations, however here is 20 cents more. The sales associate says that is cost more in nice areas. Lol really?! Sun valley isn't a nice area now!? read more

This store is a chaotic mess! I went in today to look at children's clothing and the entire children's section was a disaster. Nothing was organized, clothes were shoved on racks any which way, no sizing logic and the quality of the items was way beneath the old Target standards. The shoe department was in disarray; you almost couldn't walk down the isles with a cart. The home section was also a mess. Staff were flat and unfriendly. Very disappointing! Two stars because the grocery section was better organized. read more

This is the.newest Target to union county. They are putting fresh groceries in as I write this. Good store and selections as well as good service. This we know is good. No, for the bad. I'm a visual learner and recognize things or people I have seen in the past very quickly. I happened to walk into the mens restroom where I noticed the exact same (let's call it Chocolate) on and around the toilet seat. So for at least 2 days maybe 3, they have not cleaned this. Im a little put off by it and will most likely give it a week before returning there. I know stores don't always expect the same people to come in on an almost daily basis, but they should. read more

I'm 16 years old looking for my first job and when I applied it took almost a month to get an answer. Then I get a call from HR asking me if I can work for one more hour. I told them that my license only allows me to drive until 9, then they texted me that I didn't get the job. Just because I couldn't work for one more hour. I can't say enough about the Wesley Chapel Target. Since I moved here three years ago, they have given superior service. Their Drive-Up is a Godsend. I use it al least 3 times weekly. If something is out of stock they mail it to you free of charge. Their on-line service is competitively priced and has prompt delivery. Target made this Covid nightmare tolerable. This Particular Target isn't good about stocking their shelves. Their dollar section has been empty for a while, they are always behind other Target stores in our area with putting out seasonal and new items, and they never seem to have enough cashiers working, resulting in long and slow lines . I keep going back since it's the closet location to me, but I need to stop bothering since they don't seem to order new inventory or hire enough employees to make their store run efficiently. It's been this way ever since they remodeled the store over a year ago. What a disappointment, because I used to really like this one. read more

This parking is pretty nice. Parking is readily available. The stores contents are quite plentiful. Today, I had to pick up a gift at guest services. For being the day after Christmas, the line was not that long. The employee was friendly and made a quick transaction. The only knock I would have is $1.40 you get a very small cup for a soda. I guess if you're eating in the store you can get refills. But, if it's for the go it's not a good value. How about a bigger cup for your soda? read more

I had a terrible experience today. I get there, and decide that I would like a slushee. There was no one in line. My friend and I waited there for 20 minutes and no one came out to serve us. Multiple employees walked by and saw us, and chose to ignore us. We also called for someone in the back and they ignored us. My friend claims that one of the employees made eye contact with us. One employee even walked directly past us. Eventually we left that area to get a sports drink. I went to the aisle where the sports drinks are to look for a Fruit Punch Body Armour, but they had every other flavor but the flavor I wanted, so I had to get a red gatorade instead. To make things even worse, I get to self check out, and the card reader wouldn't except my card three times. On the fourth try, it finally excepted the card. The employees watched as I struggled and chose to ignore yet again. I was very dissatisfied with my treatment, as I was trying to enjoy my outing with my friends, and the employees made it a not so enjoyable experience. read more

I can't stand this store. They consistently have pallets, carts, and anything else they can find littered all over the store. Does not matter if it's a Saturday afternoon, or Tuesday morning, the employees and clutter are ALWAYS in the way. They just don't seem to care, I understand things need to be stocked or merchandise, but whoever is making the decisions as to how or when this is done seems to actually try to make it as intrusive to your shopping as possible. Yesterday I finally had it, last time there. It's the Saturday after black Friday, store pretty slow, and there were lines of shopping carts across the back of the store. I couldn't reach half of what I was shopping for, and to top it off there are 4 employees all hanging out and chatting at the dressing rooms. I was trying to move one of their half stocked "racks" they use in the warehouse. It was left in the middle of the large aisle across the back of the store, blocking 4 mens clothing racks. An employee in the group that is always hanging out at the dressing rooms chatting, made eye contact, and looked away immediately as she saw me struggling, to go back to talking about Friday night out at the bar. That was the last straw. Obviously management has no clue how to run a store this large, it it's always messy, there is consistently boxes and diapers and wipes all over the floor in the infant area. Not to mention clothes all over the floor in the kids section. Found a 6pk of beer 2 months past expiration date in the cooler. I could go on forever. Long story short, find somewhere that appreciates your business, and take it there because it's obvious no one at this location gives a crap. read more

The most frustrating thing about Targets is...you have to pick the right one to go to. I figured I'm in the area and needed some bath soap and lotion for my toddler. Stop by Target and boom...I can be in and out and headed home to the wife and the little one....WRONG! I spent more time looking, searching and double checking to make sure I wasnt over looking the lotion. This location is so freaking often out of the lotion or either soap I'm looking for. It's like one month we'll have the lotion and the next month we'll have the soap. That's the downside of going to a different Target. No biggie, just grab a different lotion and call it a day(hoping the little guy doesn't have allergic reaction to it). As I'm walking out I decided to grab a hair brush. Well that was my plan, I couldn't find any. I still think I was just overlooking them but the young lady(sales associate) that I asked for assistance turned red, face grew with fear and uncertainty as she stated "I dont believe we sale mens African American hair brushes at this location." Lol. I told her dont worry about it, it's not your fault, laughed and off. The brush, cool...I'm still wondering why they can never have two things at the same time. I recommend Wal Mart over this location. read more

I don't understand how some people dislike this department store. All of the workers here are always on their feet working. This target has caused me so much aggravation. They charged my debit card twice for the same order. The fight that ensued left my family very stressed out as we just tried to get them to correct their error showing them the proof on our bank statement and they said their records only showed a single charge, so was the checker double charging cards and stealing? I don't know. After months we finally got them to return the extra charge. Target then reported us to the credit bureaus saying we did not pay our bill!!!!! More misery ensued. Finally my bank sent us a letter to use when we need to prove we do not owe Target this money. I live close to Target, but I now drive the several miles further to go to Walmart where I do not have these stress inducing problems. The bathrooms are also quite disgusting. Looks like people go there with runny bowels that shoot up to the walls and then it's left there as decoration. The whole place just stinks(pun intended). Buyer beware. read more

Today I went to starbucks. It was terrible. I was very excited to get my strawberry acai refresher and was very dissapointed when it was not strawberry nor refreshing nor acai.
