Not sure what their intentions were, but steam does not fix rips. We sent photos of more rips and was determined by the manufacturer as a defect. Took a few weeks which is understandable to get an replacement, but a replacement couch was sent. Here we are again with a new couch with the same rips. Now we are being told that the rips were caused by our dog. 1st off my dogs are perimeter guard dogs and never enter the house. Again, same rips as the original couch and now they want to blame on dogs!!! This company was recommended as a local business that stand behind their product which we found out first hand is NOT true. DO NOT BUY FROM MYERS GOODS HOME & DECOR. I gave them an opportunity to keep their name untarnished, but just dismissing clear manufacture defects and blaming animals is not ok. Do they want to blame my bearded dragon and turtles too?!?! I will continue to post on all social platforms to help other buyers from getting cheated. This couch has now been removed from their website. Hmmmm I wonder why?!?!

My wife and I ended up purchasing some beautiful dining room chairs at a great price, and are now using Cowbridge to look for other pieces for our house as well. Just fyi, this place will ruin you for any other furniture store; you'll never be able to go back to any of the chains without comparing them to Cowbridge and their level of craftsmanship and quality. When you enter you are almost never greeted and frequently looking for a sales associate. Typically I only see one person working at a time. The staff are friendly. It's well lit and smells good from the candles and such. They have a wide variety of home good decor and typically have a sale. The sales are nothing spectacular to cause a line or buzz but will be 25 percent off or 15 percent off. They have candles pillows mirrors wall art tables place settings etc. they have seasonal selections. I have seen some great prices on items here and some over priced items too. My family and I love this store becaue their products are affordable and good quality. Their reward program provides promotions throughout the year and for your birthday they give you a gift of 15% off your entire order.  Another aspect that I like about At Home is that the store is very clean and the workers are nice and welcoming. The items are not the same. The table was the wrong color and clearly a bait-and-switch situation. The quality of the furniture is poor, and the customer service was even worse. I've never shopped at this store before and this will be my last time. I'll go back to the more reputable establishments. I bought a table set for a certain color and made it clear to Doug, my sales person. I showed a photo of the color that needed to be matched. As the purchase moved forward it was never mentioned by the sales associate that this store doesn't have colors but "close enough because its wood" colors. This color is extremely different than what was displayed in the store. Not one person I've shown photos to states they are in the same color family regardless of the lighting. There are parts falling off less than 12 hours after delivery and the item has no use. The delivery team was kind and respected my home but didn't fully unpack the table after I was asked if I wanted the middle leaf opened. It's still packed. Delivery was almost $300 and should be white glove. It is not. When I brought up the issue, there was no genuine effort to make things right. Instead, I was simply told to "review the receipt" and reminded of the "no return" policy. I was sent several emails denying my request for a return. I'd even consider them exchanging the item for the correct color that I agreed to purchase but there have been no attempts to make this gross error correct. This kind of response shows a complete lack of accountability or concern for customer satisfaction. Because of this experience, I will not be recommending this store to anyone personally or professionally including for home or commercial bulk purchases. I'll be requesting that anyone using this company they switch to another vendor. I expected better and am extremely disappointed in how my situation was handled. I am beyond frustrated. This type of transaction is absolutely unacceptable. I will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Many of the showroom displays were blocked off, making it difficult to navigate and even harder to find specific items. * Restaurant Fail: After navigating the construction, I headed to the restaurant only to find they had completely run out of food. It's incredibly frustrating to spend hours in a warehouse this size and not be able to grab a meal. If you're planning a trip soon, I'd check to see if the renovations are finished first.
