Waste of time. Go to a real ATT store - these folks are "authorized" only. They have no inventory and are basically a 3rd party.

Not only am I satisfied with my internet, this is really a post about my cell phone service that I…read moreonly received because a rep came out when I was getting my internet installed in my new home (spring 2019) For reference, I NEVER would upgrade my iPhones because they are expensive. So I had an iPhone 6 until 2019 when I moved, and they came to my home and offered me an iPhone XR for free if I would switch to them. Just wanted to let y'all know about how happy I've been with AT&T, and honestly it's been the best experience for me with iPhones. This year, I'm eligible to upgrade to an iPhone 13 pro, once again, for free. I highly recommend them and I'm just sharing this information in case anyone else loves iPhones but also isn't in the business of paying for them. Love and light to y'all!

AT&T Fiber in Charlotte NC, particularly in the Harrisburg area is a garbage company. After 4…read moreoutages in 1 month I'm tired of telling their pitiful calling center that I know it's not their fault. Screw em. They can hear it all. I hope they hear it so much they revolt. This useless company, and its useless service deserve to pay out millions for the amount of time and money they cost their users. And lest you think I'm bitching because I can't watch Netflix you're wrong. And if you think I'm someone that just doesn't want to go back to the office, you are wrong. I work for a MASSIVE corporation. It is in media. There are shifts that I have no choice but to work remotely. T-Mobile has saved me 3 times this summer by allowing me to struggle through shifts by using my phone as a hot spot. I'm posting this through a T-Mobile hotspot now. ATT has been out since 1:30 this afternoon. It's now 11:10pm. ATT is trash. Their customer service is trash. And their pathetic offering of a couple of bucks off the bill is a joke. It's criminal. They like to behave as though they cost us a minor inconvenience. But grow up! This is 2026! Many (and I would argue most) of us depend on our WiFi to work our businesses and run our lives. They didn't cost me $5 bucks because I couldn't be entertained. They have cost me HUNDREDS of dollars an hour by not being able to perform my work. They deserve to have their lunch eaten by any other player in this field. It is a pathetic and dying company that cannot keep up in the modern era. The moment I have an alternative to their GARBAGE service I will be done. Google cannot get to my development soon enough. If you're from here and have them, you know the pain. If you defend them then you either work for em or have some allegiance to them because of a family member. I can only hope one day that there is a class action lawsuit. Not so those effected can become rich like the fat dirtbags at the top of this trash heap of a company. But just so we can all be compensated for the actual amount of money we actually lost, and a little extra for the pain we've endured. We don't want a coupon, we don't want one of your useless trash products that require your garbage service to potentially work. I want a check for the rightful amount owed to me and then I want a VIP seat to the parade that should be thrown on the day you're run out of town. This company deserves to rot!

Went in to upgrade one of the 4 devices on my account and to see about lowering my (in my opinion)…read moreoutrageously large monthly phone bill. Check in was fairly fast. I had one customer in front of my waiting, so my brother and I read up on the monthly plans available and the phones they had available. Once it was my turn, the rep Saleem came to assist. I explained the reason for my visit and he took a look at my account. He stated that I was already in the best plan for my needs based on my utilization. My brother pointed out that the unlimited route for me was less per month and calculated the bill for him. Saleem finally agreed that the unlimited route for the 4 devices was indeed most cost effective as my brother had pointed out. My brother and I selected an entry level smart phone for my mother and after explaining what was needed the sales rep agreed that was what he would recommend too. I had to pay an activation fee for the phone which I didn't like. He couldn't assist further and suggested calling customer service to see if they'd waive it. After we chose to pass on his attempt to sell us add ons such as a screen protector and overpriced phone case, he was less motivated. The associates were more interested in speaking to each other, even when they were dealing with customers. Once I got to the car, I had more questions about the new billed amount and such. In conclusion, I feel that I did walk out of there with a phone (immediate gratification) but going to the physical location wasn't above and beyond in any way. I ended up calling customer service when I got home to answer my questions and to inquire about activation fees. I could've made my changes online and purchased the phone online as well. Im Disappointed that I've been with this company for 10 plus years with 4 lines. Theres way too much competition out there to settle for average or less than service.

I have been with a certain mobile communications provider since I bought my very first cell phone…read moreeons ago, and have been pleased with their service (clearly). My current cellphone has been acting buggy lately and as it is nearly 3 years old, I'm guessing I am approaching that dreaded moment of having to replace it. Upon exiting Publix, I noticed this T Mobile location. Don't know much about T-Mobile and had about 15 minutes to spare, so made my way in. I was instantly greeted by both associates present, a man named Scott and a woman named Nekailyah. They inquired as to the reason for my visit, and immediately set about introducing me to the world of T Mobile. They were wonderfully knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in their recommendations (again, I keep phones for a long time and refuse all unnecessary bells & whistles). Upon exit, and for the first time in EVER, I am thinking about switching to T Mobile. The service was just that outstanding.

I then told the rep I wanted to upgrade my phone or start service for my business. She called T-Mobile and was transferred 7 times. ‍ I had to leave and asked the rep to give me a call when she found out what was going on in regards to starting a line for my business. She assured me she'd be calling me within the hour. I did NOT receive a call so I decided to call and see if there was any resolution. I was told the rep was now busy with other customers. This tells me that she never got an answer for me but instead chose to take other customers and put my issue aside. I get it!!! You're in sales but what happened to standing true to your word? I will not be going back to this location EVER!!!
