Great customer service and saved a lot dropping Verizon phone and Comporium internet and having t-mobile ptovide both.

Decided to try their new Internet service. Unfortunately, it did not work too well for me. It relies on WIFI to connect the outlet bound device to receive a signal to send thru my house. That requires perfect positioning within your home to get the best service everywhere. Since I could not get as good service as I can with Spectrum cable, I had to cancel. It would have been cheaper, but I decided reliability was more important. Since I was on a trial period I returned everything early so I would be charged. Guess what? I was charged! So, I had to call to get my money back, even though I returned everything well in advance of end of the trial period (15 days). For that trouble, and for the wasted time trying to set their version of internet up, I have rated them 2 stars. They need to do better! read more

First, I would like to mention that I am a client of T-Mobile for about 15 years and up until few months back I didnt have even the slightest problem with the service, It worked like a clock. But the experience I had in the past few months almost doesnt seem real. I have never encuntered more incompetent, abysmal and obnoxious people then this crew. I got 2 phones from them - an iphone 13 and an iphone 14, and both just literally didnt function. they both had the weirdest problems i've encountered in my life. for starters I wasn't receiving a lot of my calls and messages, Basic functions such as "personal hot spot" and "control center" didnt show/were missing from the menu, the search functionality didnt display results of core features which I use a lot such as "screen recording", and "control center" "whats app" refused to take my number for no reason, a credit card was required for using apple store, even for free apps (one of the representatives told me this is how it always works - a straight up lie) the "sign-out" and "change password" options in the "apple account" area were greyed out and i couldn't change it, and this is just the tip of the iceberg of what I rememeber. If those problems sound weird and unusual - thats because they really are, for me too. I've never encountered it in my life before, But fact is that all of it was happenning consistently, black on white , and I demonstrated it to every representative I spoke to. Those issues were literally disrupting my life and causing me tremendous stress, but most of the employees seemed amused at best and were avoiding me most of the time acting like i'm bothering them for no reason. Just a few examples of their behavior - One time I came and two of the employees, a guy and a girl just finished with their clients. Once they saw me, they simply dissappeared in the back room and let me wait for about 10 minutes before the guy came out and told me that "his boss said they are not allowed to help me because I wrote a bad review recently. In those words! Needless to say that I never wrote any reviews about them, this is my first one. I asked him if I could see this "review" and he just literally ran away and disappeared in that same room again for about 10 minutes. When eventually he came out to "help" me, I told him that they gave me the wrong sim card last time (another "wonder", they literally gave me a sim card with the wrong number for a new phone, which I only discovered after about a day, when one of my contacts asked me why my number is different) He just started to laugh. I then asked him politely what is it that he finds funny in this situation, and he started to be really rude and refused to help me, sending me out of the store without the right sim card! he said that "he doesn't have to help me, and I can just call customer service." At a different time, after biting my teeth for a few months using an iphone 14 that literally didnt function having all the problems I mentioned, I finally decided that enough is enough and it makes no sense that i'm paying north of 1000$ for a phone which i'm not happy with and can't even provide the most basic functionalities, another representative just kept telling me that he sees no problem with the phone, completely ignoring everything I was saying and showing to him, claiming that "this is the way it suppose to be" after literally two minutes before when he couldn't locate the "control center" or something else that was equally basic he told me "ok let me see what I can do"! but then somehow he changed his mind and his "observation." I have no idea why they treated me like that. As I said, I was a client of T-Mobile for 15 years and I never even had a reason to come to a store other then to do an upgrade for my phone because I had absoloutely 0 problems! This is what is so bizzarre in this situation. I was never rude or impolite and I definately didnt enjoy coming to the store that often (and when I say often it was maybe 4-5 times in a course of three months when I absoloutely had no other choice, I need a working phone!) and I have no idea why they decided to make me feel this way or why they were treating me like I am sub-human, there is no better definition to it. Especially when I already had enough stress because of those phone problems. My Income got hurt, my life got disrupted, and I could barely speak with my family who live in a different country (hence the "whats app"). I never met those people before and didnt have any problem or dispute with them, but their attidtude and lack of willingness to help really felt like bullying and it left me shocked and even a bit traumatized. I'm not even mentioning the term "customer service" which was the worst I ever encountered, on a pure human level I keep asking myself - what did I do that I deserve to be treated like that? I just hope that the management knows about how its employees treat clients. No not even clients. People. Human Beings. read more

I had a wonderful experience with the Dev (salesperson) who assisted me with new purchased s25 ultra day after the Superbowl. I got there when the store open and the Dev help me with my issue or provided information to solve the issue. read more

Had to upgrade my phone today and got to work with Saul. He took care of me and got me set up for exactly what I wanted. I don't like changing phones but was immediately put at ease with Saul. read more

I have been with Verizon for quite some time. So having all kinds of problems even in the stores.When here talk to Sal I think that's the correct name answered all my questions was very nice. Not pushy at all told me when I decided what I wanted to do to come back. Went back met gentleman named Wilbur. Got my phone not really good with computers or the stuff they have went Above and beyond to help me answer all my silly questions. Getting a new phone is a big deal to me. Like I said I don't understand all the stuff. If you're in the market for a new phone or a new service check these guys out. And say hi to Megan she is the manager. Who would've thought, such a simple request would become a nightmare. I came into the store Wednesday, 5/15/2024 to get a replacement screen protector (which I have insurance for). The salesperson I spoke with who was already off putting and a little rude (Nadia) and someone I'm assuming who was in training (James) informed me that there wasn't any available in the store - no big deal, they informed me then that one would be ordered for me and that I could come back to the store Monday to receive it. I came back the next week, Saturday 5/25/2024, and to my surprise the screen protector wasn't ordered. I was told it was sent to my home address, which in fact it was NOT. Nadia didn't do the diligence required to order one for me to the store, nor did she take proper action and send it to my home address. A complete waste of my time. As it is, upon my second visit, everyone in the store was sitting around, twiddling their thumbs. The staff is lazy and unproductive. read more

I mean, just miserable. The kid offering help seemed afraid to admit he couldn't trade-in the phone. Also had to ask his co-worker for an answer each time I asked a question. Only black iPhone available is 12. Great way to upsell boys. read more
