The level of professionalism, hospitality, friendliness, and communication was beyond anything I've experienced at an automotive shop before. They were easy to reach whenever I had questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and genuinely made me feel like my car was in the best hands possible. My vehicle ended up needing to stay an extra day, and I needed to grab my child's car seat from the vehicle. Not only did they already have it waiting for me, but Chris actually met me at the door with it. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it honestly meant a lot. Chris was an absolute delight to work with- he was knowledgeable, kind, patient (I am a redhead and you have to have patience with us!), and clearly someone who truly cares about customers and their vehicles. You can tell this shop takes pride in what they do and values building trust instead of just making a quick buck. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Worst experience ever. They were 2-4 hours late each of the 3 days and didn't bother to let me know. Rude and dismissive. Wrapped china ok but just threw everthing else higgle-piggle in boxes (like rare books!) and didn't label anything correctly. The wonderful AMJ unloaders and unpackers on the destination end even commented on how weird and bad everything had been packed and loaded. Upon delivery I discover I have at least $4000 in damaged/missing items: 2 totally crushed bookcases, a broken plant stand and crushed rolling toolchest, Floor lamp snapped in two and more.
