    I purchased a $65,000 2018 Denali from  Griffin Buick GMC in Monroe, NC in Aug 2021. I was promised at time of purchase that I would be contacted when the missing parts that were ordered came in for it, the few minor scratches would be taken care of, the non operating seat warmers fixed, the loose panel by drivers seat, and the automatic seat collapse fixed would also be taken care of. The salesman said it should only take 2 hours but if it took longer they could give us a rental since the dealership was over an hour away. I asked to have this promise in writing, that I was hesitant to take the vehicle without a written promise that the issues would be taken care of. I was told "not to worry" and to sign the paperwork under the verbal promise the vehicle would be fixed, my Husband is a witness to this conversation.    After a few days I noticed one of the headlights was also not operating. So, I contacted the salesman who sold it to us. I was told that he just needed to get with the service department & would call me back. No call. I messaged him again, also inquiring about when parts would be in,, same answer. I gave him my husband's number to set up the appointment. After another week my husband reached out, he was given the same answer. 2 months later, 8 messages & numerous calls we were told we could "bring it up if we want" but they would have to keep it overnight & not be able to give us a rental after a rental was promised.   After leaving a negative Google review my husband was suddenly contacted in Sept telling him a Griffin rep was bringing us a rental & takes our vehicle to the dealership to get fixed. I walked him through the issues which included: seat warmers are non operational,  center charging station is non operational, lighter cover broken by driver, 2 row seats had exposed screws missing cover, 1 of the 2 electric fold down seats are non operational, one headlight randomly turns off & other stays on, interior cover hanging lose by windshield (a distraction while driving), scratch on passenger back door, screw exposed missing cover in trunk, interior scratches & damage touched up (we asked for a couple not all) 4 days later a rep returns our vehicle without anyone contacting us about what was fixed & the ONLY 2 thing that was fixed was the lighter cover & fold down seat. I told the rep he needs to take the vehicle back & he agreed, said hold on while he calls his supervisor (he was a nice very young gentleman who works in the parts department). My husband, who was at work, calls me while I'm waiting, says he spoke with the sales manager who interrupted the conversation he was having with the salesman (who was trying to work with us), completely cut him off & said "IF THAT COMPANY VEHICLE ISN'T IN ROUTE IN 5 MINUTES I'M CALLING THE COPS & REPORTING IT STOLEN!!  5 MINUTES!!!!" So I had no choice but to keep my damaged vehicle that I paid full price for under false pretenses & send the associateon his way or I would have the police called on me. On top of ALL THAT....they returned my vehicle with 2 miles left of gas completely empty. Since then my husband has contacted the salesman & dealership still attempting to get the vehicle fixed. We are told it would have to be there overnight & they would not give us a rental knowing the dealership is over an hour away & we have 3 children youngest being 3 yrs old.

    Coming from Atlanta, Mike made this process fast and easy so when I showed up everything was set to go and I was out in 10 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Broken windshield they sold me and now refuse to repair it after they told me satellite would come to my house to repair

    I bought a 2016 Cadillac escalade March 7 paid cash when I was leaving the lot I noticed a Crack 8n the windshield salesman told me that satellite would come to my home and replace the glass I live 3 hours away from Griffen now they are telling me I need to drive 3 hours each way to replace my windshield what happened to a man word when he promises you one thing and does another I guess a used car salesman is what they say all lies don't believe anything until you have it in writing

    extortion, asking me to wire them 10% of a truck I haven't even seen yet

These are just my experiences. Experience #2 2022 Traded in our larger family car for a smaller, safe suv for my daughter's first car - she has her permit so her practice driving was gonna be in this car. Found a decent looking Ford Escape with low miles. Had a couple of concerns on the test drive that were dismissed in a manner that made sense at the time. Unfortunately they wound up being a little more serious - 3 tires that needed patches and a bad battery that impacted the electrical system. On top of all that, less than 1 month into ownership the transmission (torque converter) started causing a shutter between 35/45mph. I mentioned some of the issues to CAG via text and email - was nice about it at first - but was told that because the car I traded in wound up having transmission issues (which we had discussed prior to the deal) there was no room for good will. Ok. I had the warranty anyway. I had asked for a warranty that would cover everything minus a deductible and purchased it. Low and behold the warranty actually will only cover about half the cost - so $1500+ out of pocket.(Was told I should have read the fine print. Yep. I should have.) Told the dealer this and again was given several reasons why they were not responsible for any of it - with the exception of an offer to possibly reimburse for the battery. So their website says they "stand behind their cars" but in this case they were several hundred miles behind it. Major repairs like this within less than 90 days... shouldn't be the customer's full responsibility. They never offered to have their own mechanic look at it. Never asked any questions or expressed any concern for the issues. Didn't ask if my daughter had gotten stuck on the side of the road or anything. It turned into a back and forth with no resolution not even agreement wherein both sides don't win but also don't lose. I'm out the money for the car, the warranty and the repair. Buyer beware I guess. Experience#1 2019 Cody and Duke took great care of my elderly parents. We were looking for an affordable, but comfortable and reliable vehicle. The CAG team were fair, and certainly went far above and beyond what one would expect from a car buying experience. Respectful, caring and sincere. Thank you!

I contacted Duke and returned immediately to his mechanic I was informed that the 02 sensor was bad he first refused to replace it but did agree. He ordered the sensor and I came back and it was replaced. After leaving the shop before I got home again the light came back on, I contacted Duke immediately he told me to stopped back by and he would check it. This was also done, now he said that the Cadillac converter was bad and that he was not going to replace it. Keep in mine I never got home with the van before the light came on both times. I will be pursuing this further.

His brother (slightly smaller heavier accent/mechanic) took me for a test drive in my chosen vehicle, I loved it and the price was even better...we worked out all the deets and signed papers..I was on my way with my nice new/used range rover. As I was about to leave the owner recommended that I selected a car that I could pay for upfront and not have to worry about month payments or anything, I was almost in disagreement with this, I wanted what I liked ..but they showed me a 2017 Mercedes C350.. and it was beautiful. I ended up making the smart decision and selecting a vehicle that won't be over my head every month, and yet was still stylish and fancy. That was the owner that took the hit of me not financing, they didn't charge me ANY dealer fees, and I walked out VERY HAPPY in a Mercedes Benz no less. That is the kind of people that work at Dada Auto. I HIGHLY recommend paying them a visit if you like me hate the "vulture like" car buying experience. Alan would harass me with calls from another number that I have listed below in the photos. He wanted me to pay upfront for multiple days instead of renting daily! I reported this to you all on several incidents and it was stated that I just need to make a review. Which I did but I do believe Alan needs to be banned as a host as well as Dallas the co-host. Dallas the co-host called me and messaged me on September 6th 2024 stating the rental was booked for 2:30 pm. I believe this was on purpose because the day before Dallas wanted me to rent long term with their rental company. In which I declined because I wanted to go through Turo instead. I have added those photos of the text conversation as well. Now with the mileage that is incorrect. They took the vehicle abruptly for a reservation on September 6th, 2024. I shouldn't have been charged a day, a late fee, gas fee, and now mileage! I wasn't able to fill the car with gas nor was I able to get the mileage because they took it. Dallas decided to put the mileage of the vehicle in the photos a day later on September 7th 2024 at one something.. The photo with the time stamped is listed below as well. Those are the miles of the last rental that was at 2;30pm on the 6th of September. I don't like to be taken advantage of or something trying to steal from me.
