A fantastic service advisor helped me feel completely comfortable with the spend today, recommending three tiers of tires, showing me the choices and generally being fabulous. I spent the two hours watching the service bay over the top of my laptop where I sent some emails, wonte some Yelp reviews and generally chilled out. The waiting area is comfortable and the wifi worked well. My car took as long as it took, but the tech didn't dawdle and did everything right. After changing jobs to a place far away from where I used to work I knew I'd have to find a local-ish place for the routine car work I'd end up needing since I drive so much. I originally called them for a tire replacement and they didn't have one in. Being that I needed it quickly as the sidewall had blown out I went to a different place with one in stock. They were nonetheless very friendly with me and asked that I keep hem in mind for the future. Well I kept them in mind and I've been twice now for oil changes and tire rotations. They also add air as needed to make sure your tires are inflated appropriately. At my last visit they checked my brakes out and said they might need replacing in about 5-7,000 miles. They weren't in a hurry just to sell me some brakes and take my money and were absolutely polite and humble when I said I'd be sure to give them a call when it was time for the oil change and brake overhaul. Both times I came in they seemed a bit worried that they wouldn't have the time to fit me in. But honestly every time I drop by they're dead empty and I almost worry that they don't have enough work to keep them open. They still have always been happy to work me in even when they're "busy". Of course for brakes I will have to call in advance. PS: They are practically run by a husband and wife duo team. The wife does all the book keeping and handles the phone calls and inquiries. She seems to really have her head about her with the business. The husband does the heavy lifting along with help from at least one other guy. He really seems to know his stuff and speaks with authority about car maintenance. If you want a good, honest explanation about the problems you're having the two of them are an unbeatable pair. With 40 years in the business why would anyone be surprised?

I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection on 10/14/26. I was told that it failed…read moreinspection because the back brake pads weren't in spec and was asked if I wanted them to do them. I declined as I had just done the brakes a few months ago so I was skeptical about this but thought maybe one of the calipers was frozen. The next day I looked at the back brakes and even took the rear wheels off to get a better view. All 4 pads appeared to be close to new. I returned to the shop and talked to the manager. He talked with the techs then came back and said the inspector was new and that one of the techs looked at the brakes for her and said they need replaced. He also admitted that the tech was trying to increase his billing and the he would talk to him about it. I just wonder how many times this particular tech as padded estimates with work that was no needed. I would not go to a shop that retains a tech like this who has no ethics.
