Just wanted to check back in on the status of my vehicle. I've owned the truck coming up on a year now, ownership experience has been nothing short of terrible. First of all these guys will sell you on over 1k worth of nonsense dealer fees and lojack device. I had driven over 2 hours so I was more inclined to go through with the deal, I also needed a vehicle at the time. The truck has had multiple repairs including transmission, water pump, hoses, catalytic converters, around 15k in repairs. The third party warranty they sell you did happen to cover some but not all. The truck is still not fixed and will need to return to the mechanic again. After around 20k in repairs I should have a nice 30k dollar truck that would theoretically last for a long time. I normally wouldn't the blame on someone just making a living but all these issues beginning only a few months after purchase really makes you think. read more

After not responding to us for 3 weeks straight, the first thing out of his mouth when we get there is that theres a problem he failed to mention with the car! We drove 4 1/2 hours (explained to Rodney) only to take it to a mechanic and it have $10,000 worth of issues to be corrected, something as simple as the rubber on the windshield wiper wasn't even replaced. Not to mention the entire fuel system was too rich (something they tried to down play), the car was essentially trash and we wasted our complete time!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The manager lied to us about having a certain vehicle on the lot, had us drive FOUR hours, and pulled our credit only to tell us when we arrived that the vehicle was not there and was not available. I have bought two trucks from Brandon Reeves and have always gotten good service from them. I have a cautionary tale for anyone buying a used vehicle. I recently bought a 2004 f250 that had high mileage as most of their vehicles do. A week after buying it it started stalling and the ac stopped working, I have to give them credit they got it back in the shop and fixed the ac. The truck continued to rough idle and stall until it unexpectedly blew a headgasket. Long story ,short $10,000.00 later and bulletproofed by another shop . I bought truck from here and a week later my cam phasers went out and my tranny was slipping, so brought it back and they looked at it kept the truck for a month didn't even fix the tranny like they said they would took it back they finally did the cam phasers , they said they took it to a tranny shop after but I just got the truck back after about another month and the tranny to this day is still messed up, and every time I went there about my truck no one wanted to talk to me I had to tell service. We had a wonderful experience at Brandon Reeves. My favorite part is that they were not pushy. They didn't stalk us during the process and allowed us plenty of space to test drive and look at the vehicle we wanted privately. My fiance and I could have conversations etc while looking without someone on top of us constantly. They were responsive to text messages and answered all of our questions quite well. Tried to sell my 2006 Ford Ranger with only 75, 800 miles in excellent condition. Payed $11,000 for it on Nov 2016 and still owed $8k. While I understand depreciation, they were only going to offer me $5k per Kelley Blue Book. When I refused, they came back with $7k. Amazing how the value went up in a 1/2 hour. I declined but decided the next morning (the original offer was at 3:00 pm the day before) I would agree to the deal if still available. It wasn't, and the reason was because they had misidentified the particular version of my truck. So, they were going to drop the offer. I understand depreciation, but my truck didn't depreciate by 1/2 in 8 months when less than 1,000 miles was put on it and it had been garaged the entire time. I can almost guarantee they would sell it for between $9-10k. Nice profit for them screwing me. Think before you deal with them. read more

So I am giving 4 stars because of what happened last. Let's start from the top though. I went in after I got off work and was admiring a black corvette. I guy came out side walking like he was MR Boss. Needless to say he wasn't! He said "how are you doing?" I said I'm doing well and I'm just browsing around that I was a GM enthusiast. I asked him the price tag on a car and he said it was sold and the guy is picking it up later that night. I said okay that cool. But I still wanted to know more about the car. " maybe if they got something else in like that I may purchase it" well he basically blew me off, I turned around and saw a yellow one and by the time I turned back around he was heading inside. I continued to look around the lot and he never came back out "Rodney". I ended up going inside and I asked him if he was going to assist me and why he left me out there and blew me off. He replied that he had another matter to attend to! WOW! So instead of saying "excuse me sir, I need to handle a matter, can I get you another salesperson, he just leaves! Haha Well I like to think that he thought I was a tire kicker and he didn't want to deal with me. So after getting into a debate with him and pretty much a pissing contest the sales manager came out and we chatted for a bit. I explained the situation to him and let him know he was rude and I don't have time for that type of person! So the sales manager and myself talked about some cars and looked around on the lot. I became pretty satisfied after speaking with him. I gave him my contact info which I don't normally do and told him if he can find me a certain car to let me know! I also spoke with Brandon "which is the owner" he knew about the altercation and said it will be handled and he will do everything he can to make my experience great weather I purchase a vehicle or not. After that my enterprise car failed to pick me up and Mary Anne said they would get my two kids and I to wherever we needed to go. During this whole process she was very kind to both of my children and asked if they needed anything. When it was all said and done the Uber picked us up and took us to enterprise. I wrote a review a year ago when we bought a truck from this dealer..they were good on the front end but I have had nothing but issues in the year with this car...blown engine, replace tires and tie rods, brakes and countless other issues...they jacked the truck up like most of the trucks to look good but then when I had all these issues they couldn't help me! I told them up front that I didn't want a rust bucket. They assured me that the vehicle was tip top so I drive and hour to check it out. One look underneath and I didn't even bother to test drive it. I did find another vehicle that I liked but before I could even test drive it, the salesman started lowballing me on my trade to the point of saying there was a problem with the title(branded title). I called the title department at my bank and there was absolutely no problem with the title. They offered me $7500 for my trade which was $4000 below another dealerships CASH offer!!! These guys are bottom feeders. Complete scum. Beware!!!! You don't want anything they have!!!! Go to a reputable dealership. I was willing to pay the full price for a vehicle as described on the phone by the sales rep at Brandon Reeves Auto World. She assured me any tears on the seats were repaired, there was no cosmetic damage to the vehicle and no issues under the hood. I told her I needed the details because I was driving over 2 hours to inspect and most likely purchase. I took this trip with my wife and 2 children in hopes to drive the vehicle back home. It is apparent the sales rep never even walked out to the truck to look at since there's two dents in the front bumper in the chrome and the bumper is jacked to one side, several chips and scratches, it looks as if someone took a hammer to the driver side back panel, a tear in the back seat, and wet oil visible under the block after it was running a while. This was a wasted trip, day, miles on my vehicle, gas and time. I do not take lightly to deceptive, ignorant, misleading, false advertisement or snake oil sales tricks. I told another rep this same information and he apparently decided it wasn't important to relay this to the manager.The manager was informed I was just upset about the price. I then informed the manager of the same issues and I never received another response.The reps here will lie to you and they do not care how far you may be driving to inspect a vehicle. read more

Paid $20k for vehicle that was supposed to be in good shape for son to drive to college 4 hours away. Problems developed immediately. Dealer was unresponsive to multiple requests for help and later when I had to get repairs fixed at another dealer (un-drivable), would not help with any of the costs. My mistake. shouldn't have given them any business. Danny is a nice guy but that's where it stops. they sold me a car that needed brakes, like had little to no pads left. had no owners manual with it, they gladly said they would provide us with one. course had to call three weeks later about it, as they didn't do what they said they would. say what you do and DO WHAT YOU SAY. I shouldn't have to micromanage you! the financing they take 2 plus hours to get is horrible. thank god for my credit union. couldn't wash the car, nothing. I went the following week to change the oil and it was so black, it obviously wasn't changed in quite a while. although the sticker in the windows was less than 50 miles since they said it was changed. I think they just put a sticker in the window. anyway just my two cents. which is about all they are worth. read more
