I called Harris and arranged fro a new engine to be delivered. Before I got that far Harris tried to get me to go to the dealership because there was a chance that I could have the engine replaced for free through a warranty. They tried to save me $1800. I already knew the answer, and had them install the engine, and it was flawless. Ask for Parker, or Rob, both great mechanics and stand up guys.

I brought in a nearly brand-new car (~5,000 miles) on July 10, 2026 for a routine tire rotation and accepted the complimentary car wash. When the valet handed my keys back, something felt off. Turns out my leather steering wheel had several sets of closely spaced vertical slits cut into two different areas (2 and 8 o'clock positions, each a couple of inches long), plus two parallel scratches on my cluster lens -- spaced exactly the same distance apart as the scissor blades on a utility knife housed in my car. None of this was present at drop off. What followed was months of unanswered calls and denied responsibility. They claimed to have reviewed video evidence in the service area, but confirmed there is no camera in the car wash bay and completely ignored the fact that the damage was not there at drop off. Be wary of the service offered by Scott Clark Toyota as they do not appear to know/screen their employees very well... or care when vehicles are damaged.

I normally wouldn't post such details online but for this review I think it's important for consideration of others when buying from All City Auto. I was looking for a very specific type of vehicle across several states, a Porsche Cayenne GTS, even considered flying out to Vegas to look at one. My previous Cayenne got flooded in Hurricane Helene so on top of looking for the right vehicle we had our concerns of water damage for the next vehicle, we didn't want to purchase what we had just lost. This is a beautiful beast of machinery that runs so smoothly! Our travels span several states regularly and we've had no issues whatsoever. Now for the sales experience, I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went and it's actually one of the reasons we drove out of state twice to finalize our decision. The GTS is a very specific model and there aren't many in the used car market at a given time to choose from, especially considering the certain features we wanted. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle. We were offered the freedom to take what time we needed to drive it and really get comfortable inspecting every square inch without being constantly hassled regarding whether we liked it or had made our decision. The high pressure sales/oversight literally pushed us away from two dealerships, sending up red flags due to urgency of purchase. All City did not do this which helped us feel at ease in making an informed decision on such a large purchase. When we came back for the second time a week later, having been to several other dealerships, our mind was pretty much made up. We test drove the vehicle again just to be sure, asked all our remaining questions and finished out paperwork by early morning/lunch time. Such a smooth transaction, other dealers could certainly take note. This is the experience people want when purchasing a vehicle, no amount of spamming text messages or phone calls are going to convince someone to spend this kind of money on a vehicle. Either we want it or we don't. High pressure sales aren't the way to go, especially in this day and age, if anything (and especially in our case) it's a turn off. Thank you All City! After only sixteen days, the nightmare began. To date we have documented 28 non-consecutive days use of the vehicle and 93 days of the vehicle being out of comission and at our trusted mechanic's shop (where it still is). The ownership has told us that we "waited" too long to let them know there was an issue and we basically now have an $11,000 paper weight to decorate our driveway with when/if we get it home (not to mention the over $4,000 in repair work we had to have done to get other issues put right. In my opinion, I would not do business with these people again as they are unwilling to do the right thing and work with us to resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial manner. After talking with Kale, discussing our budget and needs we ended up test driving a Nissan Kicks. Loved it! A little smaller than the Rogue but more in line with our needs/wants and budget. Unfortunately since we had not planned on this for another year or so our budget was tight and Kale and Robert Mack worked with us to get is the Kicks and staying in budget! I did not feel pressured, of course they gently pushed as it is their job , but continued to listen as I overthought and went back and forth. We ended up buying the car!! It's been 2 weeks and I truly thought I'd have the "Oh crap what have I done" thoughts but they never came!! Truly happy with the vehicle and my experience.
