We brought in our 2024 4Runner for its first oil change/5k mile service and our experience was amazing. Everything from when we called to schedule the appointment to waiting at the dealership for the work to be completed, went perfectly and everyone was very nice. The service was completed very quickly and the waiting area was very comfortable. The wait wasn't long at all and they were very busy. Highly recommend their service department, and I'm very thankful that they prioritize such individualized service, even though they are such a big/popular dealership.

I brought in a nearly brand-new car (~5,000 miles) on July 10, 2026 for a routine tire rotation and accepted the complimentary car wash. When the valet handed my keys back, something felt off. Turns out my leather steering wheel had several sets of closely spaced vertical slits cut into two different areas (2 and 8 o'clock positions, each a couple of inches long), plus two parallel scratches on my cluster lens -- spaced exactly the same distance apart as the scissor blades on a utility knife housed in my car. None of this was present at drop off. What followed was months of unanswered calls and denied responsibility. They claimed to have reviewed video evidence in the service area, but confirmed there is no camera in the car wash bay and completely ignored the fact that the damage was not there at drop off. Be wary of the service offered by Scott Clark Toyota as they do not appear to know/screen their employees very well... or care when vehicles are damaged.

System upgrades can take time; so, I set aside 4 hours and that's about what it took after a few unexpected glitches popped up. The Service Manager kept me in the loop and, finally, out rolled my Jeep Trailhawk all shiny after a wash before delivery back to me. The system upgrades work great, too. What I was happy about mostly was the bill. As quoted around $250 and they worked on it all morning. Has my "Give 'em a whirl" meter rolling down the highway, windows down, and radio blaring. Nice!

They offered a lease buyout covering my remaining lease balance and even called to confirm the deal after running a hard credit check. A soft check could be marketing, but a hard inquiry means they are finalizing something. When I arrived, they backpedaled, blaming a "third-party system." Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for a deal they never intended to honor. This is harmful to my credit and future finances. Consumers should know--this wasn't a simple error, it was a deceptive tactic. Be extremely cautious.

I wanted to wait to post a review until a bit of time had passed and I felt confident everything…read morewas okay with the vehicle, no surprises, and also didn't want to jinx it. But we have put serious miles on it since and it's been a wonderful ride! I normally wouldn't post such details online but for this review I think it's important for consideration of others when buying from All City Auto. I was looking for a very specific type of vehicle across several states, a Porsche Cayenne GTS, even considered flying out to Vegas to look at one. My previous Cayenne got flooded in Hurricane Helene so on top of looking for the right vehicle we had our concerns of water damage for the next vehicle, we didn't want to purchase what we had just lost. This is a beautiful beast of machinery that runs so smoothly! Our travels span several states regularly and we've had no issues whatsoever. Now for the sales experience, I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went and it's actually one of the reasons we drove out of state twice to finalize our decision. The GTS is a very specific model and there aren't many in the used car market at a given time to choose from, especially considering the certain features we wanted. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle. We were offered the freedom to take what time we needed to drive it and really get comfortable inspecting every square inch without being constantly hassled regarding whether we liked it or had made our decision. The high pressure sales/oversight literally pushed us away from two dealerships, sending up red flags due to urgency of purchase. All City did not do this which helped us feel at ease in making an informed decision on such a large purchase. When we came back for the second time a week later, having been to several other dealerships, our mind was pretty much made up. We test drove the vehicle again just to be sure, asked all our remaining questions and finished out paperwork by early morning/lunch time. Such a smooth transaction, other dealers could certainly take note. This is the experience people want when purchasing a vehicle, no amount of spamming text messages or phone calls are going to convince someone to spend this kind of money on a vehicle. Either we want it or we don't. High pressure sales aren't the way to go, especially in this day and age, if anything (and especially in our case) it's a turn off. Thank you All City! Truly a stand-out experience in what is often quite a cumbersome endeavor.

After only sixteen days, the nightmare began. To date we have documented 28 non-consecutive days use of the vehicle and 93 days of the vehicle being out of comission and at our trusted mechanic's shop (where it still is). The ownership has told us that we "waited" too long to let them know there was an issue and we basically now have an $11,000 paper weight to decorate our driveway with when/if we get it home (not to mention the over $4,000 in repair work we had to have done to get other issues put right. In my opinion, I would not do business with these people again as they are unwilling to do the right thing and work with us to resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial manner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Amazing experience from start to finish!! We actually started in the service department with Bre…read more We had our 2010 Nissan in for diagnostic testing to see what was needed. Unfortunately it ended up being $10k worth of work. We knew it was going to be a lot but with this amount it made sense to sit down with sales and see what they had. Bre introduced us to Kale who took it from there. We explained that we had not been planning on buying but Kale took us over to his desk and talked with us. He took his time, asked what we needed and what we wanted and listened to what we said. Since I hadn't been planning to buy a new car, I had no clue what I wanted and kind of defaulted to the Rogue since we'd had the older model and loved it. After talking with Kale, discussing our budget and needs we ended up test driving a Nissan Kicks. Loved it! A little smaller than the Rogue but more in line with our needs/wants and budget. Unfortunately since we had not planned on this for another year or so our budget was tight and Kale and Robert Mack worked with us to get is the Kicks and staying in budget! I did not feel pressured, of course they gently pushed as it is their job , but continued to listen as I overthought and went back and forth. We ended up buying the car!! It's been 2 weeks and I truly thought I'd have the "Oh crap what have I done" thoughts but they never came!! Truly happy with the vehicle and my experience. If we ever need a new car, I know where to go!!

My mechanic said it was a good vehicle at a very good price for the mileage (138,000) and mechanically had been well taken care of. I also ran a CarFax on the van and found it was never in an accident and had been serviced at the dealership with only two local owners. I was buying the van for my son who was not in town at the time I purchased it. They redid the paperwork so the van will be in my son's name before we took the paperwork to the DMV. I have purchased many used cars in my life and they are always sold "As-Is". So being very cautious and having read the online reviews, I would not have purchased without my mechanics OK or the CarFax. You never know what you are purchasing with a used car. Do you homework. Most of these dealers buy them at auctions and have no idea, the background or mechanical condition. It is up to you, to figure out what you are purchasing. I am very satisfied and pleased that I got such a good vehicle for what I paid for it. I would recommend buying from them as long as you do your part in researching the vehicle history and having your mechanic check it out.
