    I bought a new Nissan Rogue last October. Getting them to respond after the sale is like pulling teeth. I've emailed the dealership twice asking about the free oil change after purchase. No response and I got tired of waiting so I got my oil changed by a third party. Not impressed with the non follow through and lack of communication.

    I bought a truck from Monroe Nissan and was completely let down. I was promised an extra $1,000 for my trade, but when the paperwork was finalized, that money was left out completely. When I brought it up, I was told "nothing we can do now." The front bumper was also supposed to be repaired before delivery -- another broken promise. When I tried to get help, the GM/owner, Luke, was rude, dismissive, and not willing to help at all, saying "you don't have it in writing." They lied, refused to fix their mistakes, and treated me with zero respect. Once they have your money, they stop caring. I strongly recommend avoiding Monroe Nissan -- they do not stand by their word or value their customers.

    Update: Temporary tag is now 30 days expired. Reaching Kayla the title clerk is a nightmare, she is completely unresponsive via voicemail, phone or email. Was promised yesterday that they would send someone to the DMV to get our tag and they would overnight it to us. They said they would call us today when the tag was received (before they mailed it to us), nothing! We emailed Kayla again for an update, nothing! Called to speak to a manager, voicemail! Where is my tag and why is no one accountable? Terrible service!! Unacceptable!! Horrible ordeal trying to get in touch with anyone about my tag. After a week of trying and leaving messages. I spoke with a salesman, Mike, today that said we have to go to the DMV to pay property taxes, then provide them with a receipt, THEN the tag process will be started? Where was this information 6 weeks ago???? Now I'm 10 days away from an expired temp tag. We were told when buying our truck that they would mail us a tag within a few weeks, that's it. This is my first time buying in NC so my bad but communication is everything. Quickly seeing that this dealership isn't as great as we originally thought.

    A broke down jeep I was able to drive two hours before the head gasket needed to be replaced

    This dealership sales lemons. My car overheated within a hour of driving it off the lot. They had to tow my car back to the dealership, and have had it ever since. Sunday made two weeks. The head gasket blew and the heads warped. This should have been caught before it hit the sales floor. Me driving under 50 miles total is not enough to do this damage. The only positive thing about this dealership is Chris in the service department. He has been great. He really needs to get away from this dealership before he is brought down with it. The guy that waited on the tow truck was great as well, but I forgot his name. I was lied to about how many companies they had ran my credit thru after they found out I had pre approval. Also the finance department changed my warranty, finance company, and raised my payment without asking. They don't care about customer experience. They just care about making the sale. I have not heard from my sales manager at all who said he would do what ever he had to do to make it right. He has done nothing!! Avoid this dealership at all cost. They honestly deserve zero stars but that can not be done.

Brandon' s knowledge and communication skills he shared among his peers , manager , and finance made our already busy process more comfortable. Incredibly accomplished gentleman! He was polite, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was there for six hours, which was not fun BUT it gave me the opportunity to talk with Aziz. The delays were NOT the result of Aziz efforts. Aziz was polite. He was professional. He was engaging. He was incredibly mature and kept me entertained as we spoke for quite some time while we were waiting for things to take place on the lease application. I want to give kudos to him for his professionalism and kindness throughout the whole endeavor. He exhibited a level of maturity that was way above expectations and above what he was responsible for as I closed the deal with him. Because of his interaction with me and his demeanor. His being fully transparent, extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with? I only closed that deal because of Aziz. Nobody ever enjoys going car shopping? But Aziz made it worthwhile and I enjoyed the interaction. He made the entire process so much easier and I have to say pleasurable! Honda of indian trail? You've got an amazing resource right there. Also want also give a shout out to Tyrone in Finance ? You truly came through above and beyond - exceeded expectations by providing complementary Maintenance on my lease. From service to leases they've been honest, supportive (thank you Frank and Gina in service) and especially because of my interaction with Aziz? How stupid do you have to be to put the wrong oil in a car. And they also don't know where to put the lift mounts on the car (See damage in photos) Never coming back here again. Still, the car was towed without any notice. Technically, the car was towed without cause, because at that point, it already had active insurance coverage. This is going to cause a major disruption for my daughter, who is in the final weeks of nursing school and absolutely cannot afford to miss any days. Now we are stuck covering unnecessary towing fees and Uber costs--expenses that could've been avoided entirely. As a customer, I expected better. As of April 8, 2025, I still have not received a valid, transferable title. That's nearly five months without a title -- and no resolution in sight. The dealership sold me a vehicle without a valid title, then proceeded to delay, deflect, and deceive at every step. They've made endless excuses, and lied repeatedly about when the title would arrive. I've been told multiple times that I'd get a callback, but almost never do. I'm constantly told that "no one is available to help" -- and the issue goes unresolved. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's blatant dishonest and illegal. They do not follow through on their word, and they've shown zero accountability or integrity. At this point, I've paid in full for a car but still don't have proper ownership rights. Ride Now Motors has refused to make things right and continues to mislead and stonewall. First off, let's look at the good: sales were low pressure. That's HUGE for a car dealership, and I commend Carlos for this. He was friendly, helpful, willing to work with me on getting pricing organized, everything you'd expect from a good salesperson. Next, there's the neutral: pricing was still a tad high (after applying discounts and negotiating I still ended up paying about MSRP on a $40k+ vehicle), trade-in pricing wasn't the greatest (they gave me like $13k for my trade-in, a fairer price would have been probably $14k or so, especially considering they turned around and re-listed it at like $18k with absolutely no work done to it), and I did have to actively seek out a car salesman just to get started (although that in and of itself would be neutral-good, because that's better than being hounded upon parking). Finally, the couple dings against the dealership: there wasn't any real preparation for their electric vehicles for sale (did I mention I bought an electric car?), which meant that the vehicle I ended up purchasing only had about a 30% charge when I bought it. If I was local to Charlotte, this wouldn't have been an issue at all (but I'm not, I'm from the Asheville area), and the dealer could have easily resolved this by making a policy of charging their EVs to at least 50%+ overnight. (I'd highly recommend implementing a policy like this). After waiting about 2 hours for the vehicle to charge on their L2 charger (that's another thing, they should consider getting an L3 charger if they're serious about EVs), I could not sit and wait any longer, so I ended up having to start transferring items from my old car to the new, which meant that they didn't have a chance to finish the pre-delivery inspection (cleaning, reducing tire pressure, etc.). Overall, it's still a decent dealership, and I'd visit them again, especially with the way the sales staff in particular acted, but they could do better in planning on the operational side of things.

Dallas the co-host called me and messaged me on September 6th 2024 stating the rental was booked for 2:30 pm. I believe this was on purpose because the day before Dallas wanted me to rent long term with their rental company. In which I declined because I wanted to go through Turo instead. I have added those photos of the text conversation as well. Now with the mileage that is incorrect. They took the vehicle abruptly for a reservation on September 6th, 2024. I shouldn't have been charged a day, a late fee, gas fee, and now mileage! I wasn't able to fill the car with gas nor was I able to get the mileage because they took it. Dallas decided to put the mileage of the vehicle in the photos a day later on September 7th 2024 at one something.. The photo with the time stamped is listed below as well. Those are the miles of the last rental that was at 2;30pm on the 6th of September. I don't like to be taken advantage of or something trying to steal from me. It started about 2 months ago when my engine seized and I was stuck at the Infiniti dealership in Charlotte. They told me it would cost approximately $18,000.00 for a new engine and my heart dropped. I asked Infiniti who would they recommend to do an engine replacement and they said Christian Brothers. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Logan, he was able to give me some good information on my situation and based on our conversation, I decided to have my vehicle brought to t he eir shop. Logan was able to confirm what Infiniti told me and offered several options on how to move forward. He was in constant contact with me every step of the process of replacing my engine. However, come to find out that not only did I need to replace my engine but also the transmission because it was damaged due to the seized engine. It was news that I hated to hear yet I did trust that Logan was being honest with me and he did work with me on the price. Also, other issues came up with the repair but instead of charging me for certain repairs, they decided to take care of the cost. When I finally received my vehicle back, there was some other issues that came up and when I called Logan, he was responsive and had the issues resolved at no charge to me. Overall, having my engine seize up and then my transmission being damaged was a very difficult experience and hearing bad news after bad news didn't help, however I trusted Logan and I trusted the previous reviews I read. Overall, this experience was very good and I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers for auto repairs.
