Today, I brought in my Jeep looking for the to diagnose a problem that I was seeing, and even brought in the service bulletin update from Jeep that directly matched the problem. They told me it would be $250 to diagnose the problem (the one that is directly from the Jeep service bulletin), and then I told them I had an extended warranty that should cover that, but they couldn't connect me with finance because they don't come in until 9:30. So I would have to pay up front, talk to finance at a later date and hope it worked out. I asked for my car back and sat for another 30 minutes before they could pull it around, and it didn't even get a quick car wash. Never again. Go to any other dealership. You're welcome.

I told them how much better the other dealer was and even sent back pictures of the Red Touring CR-V I had purchased. I never really thought they had a chance to earn my business but I tried to get a price on what I wanted anyway, never got a clear answer. Visiting Honda of I-T will be a complete waste of anyone's time, I'm glad I figured that out before I even went in. Honda I-T runs about $3000 to $4000 higher than all other dealers in the one hour driving radius. I did my homework and I'm glad I did. Then there is Trent from "customer care" who sent me a text asking for a call and feedback about my experience...He had no clue who I was or why I was calling back, then hung up when I told him I bought one somewhere else. That was the wrong move. I'll tell everybody how there "customer care" is now. While there the service department conducted a vehicle assessment and determined that she needed new front brake pads. (Copy of assessment attached) I was quoted $195 for this work. She didn't have time to leave the car to complete the work that afternoon so I scheduled the work to be completed on Friday August 7, 2026. My daughter drove her car home 11 miles and parked it. The car stayed in my driveway until I took it back for the brake job on Friday and left the car with the dealership. Later that evening I received a text with a new car assessment and a call stating that the car now needed both new brake pads and all new front rotors. The cost to complete the work went from $195, to now more than $500. I feel this was a clear "Bait and Switch". The initial advisor sent me a video of the car assessment and showed the front brake pads. On this initial assessment it shows the rotors to be fine (GREEN) on the document. Now I'm told after 22 additional miles to and from the dealership the car has bad rotors. This dealership clearly has deceptive business practices and I will advise all friends and family members to stay away. Find a reputable dealership and repair facility to take your car.
