    Excellent service. Great brand. This specific location is outdated and not on par with BMW. Many franchises have amenities for guests waiting on service like an on site restaurant, play area, multiple televisions, media stations, comfortable chairs and at the very least a tidy environment. Hendrick BMW on Independence appears to be an unkept afterthought that's not very clean and overall a poor experience to be there. It's depressing when the nearby Honda dealership is much nicer. Do better Hendrick.

    This is my third time using BMW for scheduled maintenance on my BMW 4 series and each time I've never had problems scheduling an appointment and receiving notifications for upcoming appointments. The greeters here are very professional and they make sure to expedite getting your car checked in and an advisor talks with you. My service advisor Devin Vargo was polite, professional and courteous and definitely took care of me and my car. If you have an appointment, you can expect to wait an hour during busy times even for an oil change. However, their customer lounge is well equipped with comfortable chairs, a work station, television and snacks. Overall, the service here is excellent and goes to show you get what you pay for because yes you do pay a premium price for premium service. I would definitely recommend BMW Service Center and ask for Devin.

    Another 5 Star Experience from Hendrick BMW! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Hendrick BMW's newest driver: Juan Carlos! Today was Juan's first day, but you wouldn't have known by his professionalism. Juan was dressed for success w/a beautiful smile & a great personality to match. Hendrick BMW trained him well, because he was a consummate professional w/ my delivery & paperwork. How did I get to meet Juan you ask... I received a recall letter in the mail, but w/my hectic schedule & location across Charlotte, it was impossible for me to get to the dealership. I took a chance & contacted my salesman Jeff Shinn & explained my situation, & Jeff did what he always does... he delivered (customer loyalty has it's perks)! Jeff had everything scheduled, & he picked my car up. The service team @ BMW took care of my recall, inspected my vehicle, sent a video of them explaining everything (talk about comforting), & washed my car! Some places send pics of your car/ silent videos, but this personalized video giving me a detailed walkthrough was top tier (thanks Brandon)! As a female consumer, this type of transparency is very important, especially since some places try to take advantage of us. Thanks for the 1st class treatment & top tier service. If you're looking for a luxurious experience, stop by Hendrick & ask for Jeff!

    I typically for all of my service needs, I go to Hendrick BMW. There is a variety of services that this dealership handles. I've never had an issue with using this dealership for service, as well as for purchasing vehicles. The dealership is located on Independence Blvd, in a very convenient area. There is plenty of parking available, even if you are not getting service. However, if you are getting service, there is a garage that you enter via automatic sensor doors that raise up. The staff is friendly and typically within a matter of minutes, someone is coming over to get you checked in for your service needs and to alert your advisor. Your service advisor will keep you posted during the service period and once your service is complete, they will alert you to pick up your vehicle. This is a great location to have your BMW serviced!

    Recently purchased a beautiful certified car from BMW Charlotte off Independence. . In no other terms O cringe when I have to go through the process of a new car. I've always leased in the past and based upon the current market with rates, purchasing was my best option. I haven't had the best luck over the years....this was a different story. Andres was a pleasure to work with! His knowledge of the vehicles and attention to detail were top notch! More importantly he showed he cared avoid me as a customer, and coming from the sales/service providing industry that is important! Andres made sure the details were covered efficiently, and didn't try to oversell on something unnecessary. His 12+ years experience showed with flying colors and I am happy with the choice I made. Thank you Andres for the experience!

    I give 4 stars vs 5 due to BMWs high expense for the vehicles, plus maintenance. However, you do kind of get what you pay for in many areas. I throughly love driving my BMWs and my Mini ! I've purchased all 3 at Hendrick BMW and Mini over a span of 14 years. I am still friendly to this day with my salesmen, Bryan Armbryster ( my Mini that i still have and love....he is now living in NY), and JEFF SHINN ( M3 and now X4) and my service advisor, Luca Ryner. Also, in finance, Mr. Nadir ( please forgive my forgetting the full name...) . My work schedule is difficult to work around. But Hendrick staff and Jeff in particular, accommodated me so that I could replace my paid off and in perfect condition, low mileage "murdered" ( by a wreckers driver) M3. My heart was broken to see my rare car crushed by a truck while I was stopped at a stop sign. I had trust in Jeff from my previous purchase, so I immediately called on him to help me find a suitable replacement. Jeff understood what I like in a vehicle, and I was specific in my request. I saw one listed that I thought nay be perfect ,and I asked to test drive it, but it was already sold. Jeff then sent me a picture while I was at work of a car he did have that was the same vehicle with different color combo... I hated it. Jeff knows me pretty well and convinced me to come look at it anyway. Which makes sense because I wanted to drive that engine specifically, and then we could go look for the color I wanted. But when I saw it in person, I was surprised to like it somewhat. I enjoyed driving it ,and it quickly grew on me. I brought it home yesterday, which is quite a feat, given my crazy work schedule with all the extra hours I put in. *** It is worth noting that NATIONAL GENERAL INSURANCE has treated me like total crap and they do NOT want to pay out or deal with you if you're crashed into by an uninsured motorist. They falsified official CCC reports as comparison vehicles and doubled down on their fraud when called out on it. Stay away from that company if you have any desire for good, honest customer service! Hendrick Luxury Collision held the line and notified me when National General was trying to take my M3 without ever talking to me. Hendrick does come at a premium, but you get premium service with that. Honesty and integrity are priceless to me!

    Worked with Caleigh Ward at Hendrick BMW and it was a GREAT experience! Purchased a used BMW from another dealer, which needed some work for a few issues. I'd negotiated the repairs with that dealer, but they ended up being more than the dealer could handle. Took the car over to Hendrick and Caleigh handled EVERYTHING. She gave me a loaner, scheduled the services, coordinated payment with the original dealer... I didn't have to lift a finger. On top of that, they provided video inspections both before and after to illustrate what work had been done.... And they wash your car before they give it back. (My only complaint is that they scheduled rain for the same day I picked up my shiny, freshly-washed convertible...) Now purchasing a service package from them so that Caleigh can keep my car in great shape! Thanks, Caleigh!

    I recently was awarded a $5,000 judgment in Mecklenburg County Small Claims Court against Compact…read moreCar Service. Anyone can search up the case. That introduction likely says enough, but I would not recommend you bring your car here for service. In June, Compact Car Service replaced the front axles on my 2014 Honda Civic, a car that has an automatic transmission. However, instead of installing axles meant for an automatic transmission vehicle, they installed axles meant for a manual transmission vehicle. I had two different shops diagnose this same error, including an actual Honda dealership. As a result of the wrong axles being installed, my car was completely destroyed, I broke down on the side of the road in a different state and had to have an entirely new transmission installed after having the car towed back to my house. This was an extremely expensive and time-consuming endeavor. I had been taking my Civics to Compact Car Service for seven years prior to this error with only good things to say, and I completely understand that mistakes happen. The most egregious part of the entire experience was their response. When I reached out to Compact Car Service informing them of the error, they informed me that there was no possibility they could be responsible and would take no steps to even look at the car or acknowledge the possibility. Since they would not acknowledge any possibility of wrongdoing, I was forced to file a lawsuit. Compact Car Service, I imagine through their insurance company, brought a team of lawyers to argue that no wrongdoing had occurred. Fortunately, the judge agreed with the findings of the other mechanics, and they were obligated to make a $5,000 payment (an amount that does not come close to making me whole, but at least it's done now). If you come here, hopefully nothing goes wrong with your car because if it does, it will be a six-month legal battle and extremely expensive to get them to take any form of accountability. I imagine someone from the company will contest the contents of this review, but the case and its conclusion are public record for anyone to see for themselves. I advise in the future that Compact Car Service understands that mistakes can occur and at least tries to act like the responsible small business they claim to be.

Won't recommend a repair unless absolutely needed and will let you know of things they see that don't need replaced quite yet so you can plan appropriately. Have sent me wife there several times with our vehicles and don't feel the need to check in with me before repairs as I fully trust their word.

But the new team in charge has completely turned things around. They went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was handled properly. Communication was clear, service was professional, and the attention to detail was a night-and-day difference compared to before. It's rare to see such a dramatic improvement, but credit where credit is due: this is a whole new shop now. Here is a video we captured today which further illustrates the condition of his vehicle and the mishandling it has endured. Here is his review: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received at Eurofed of Charlotte, NC. This is now the second time I've brought my Bentley in for the exact same issue that was supposedly addressed just a few weeks prior, yet the problem persists unresolved. What makes this situation far worse is that my vehicle has been sitting in their shop for over nine months. Throughout this entire period, I've been given repeated assurances and promises about completion timelines that have not been honored. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and ultimately, the manager admitted they are unable to deliver a satisfactory repair. The condition in which my vehicle has been kept is completely unacceptable. My Bentley has been left outside with the windows down and, unbelievably, the keys left sitting on the driver's seat. Additionally, various parts from the dashboard, engine bay, and trunk have been removed and carelessly thrown into the back seat on leather upholstery showing a complete disregard for my property. This experience reflects not only poor workmanship but a troubling lack of respect and professionalism. It feels as though there is a clear disregard for certain customers and a lack of accountability in how business is conducted. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience and intend to consult with my Attorneys.
