Ok, first I have to say I found Nisstech from reviews on here, so it's time I payed it forward to others as well. I was thankful to drive down Independence and notice the sign when I looked to the right (Plyler) when I was headed toward Monroe one day. I looked up the reviews and they were glowing and for about 3 years I have been a customer and I have to say that they are top notch. They have lived up to the raving reviews. I have had Jeff work on 2 of our Infinities and now we are ready to buy another car (new to us, but resale) and I will buy an Infinity (about 1-2 years old) because 1. We love them, and 2. because we have Jeff and Nisstech that we trust. I would not take my car anywhere else and because of Jeff & Nisstech, we made a conscience focus buying another Infinity since we have so much trust and faith in Jeff. If you have a Nissan or Infinity - go there, they will be honest and upfront. Jeff will tell you if you need to have the repair done, or if you can wait. When I found Nisstech, I was told I needed an alternator from another place (Firestone) and I KNEW I did not, but they INSISTED that I did.... That was 3 years ago. I went to Jeff and he told me I did not need one... and guess what??? Three years later, I still have the SAME alternator and it was never replaced. You can trust Jeff! read more

I wanted to find an alternative to the Infiniti dealership for my 2007 Infiniti G35s. I found Nisstech about 5 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. I felt comfortable that they were Nissan Certified Master Technicians. Each time I have left my car with Nisstech, I have been very impressed with their transparency and appreciate the time they take to explain existing issues and potential issues. At one point I schedule an appointment and explained I was sure all my brakes and possibly my rotors needed to be replaced. Additionally there was a weird noise coming from the front left wheel well. Nisstech could have easily taken advantage of me but called and Jeff informed me my brakes and rotors were fine, a plastic piece had fallen down in my front left wheel well which was causing some rubbing. They fixed the plastic piece and said I had about 5k left on my brakes. They charged me for a used car inspection. This level of honesty and trustworthiness provides a piece of mind that you cannot put a price on. I live in South Park and although it is a bit of a drive for me, it's well worth it. I've recommended them to two friends who have Nissans. They have experienced the same. read more

Once again I find myself giving the excellent team at Nisstech a FIVE STAR rating! (Wish I could have more than five stars cause these guys certainly are worthy of them.) If YOU have a Nissan or Infiniti vehicle, be sure to have at least one service experience at Nisstech. I used to use my dealership exclusively until one of my work associates recommended Nisstech to me and it has proven over the past 20 years to be extremely beneficial in saving me money and time. No unnecessary charges or services and lots of straight talk and recommendations as to how best to maintain and service my vehicles. The quality of their work is exceptional, as is their pricing structure and value. If you are looking for friendly, cost effective, straight talking car service sure to save you bundle, then be sure to check these guys. out! read more

I'm 75 with just few relatives in this area. I'm so grateful to have Jeff in my small tribe. He makes me feel comforted and safe in this very foreign field of car care . I was having trouble with hesitation taking off. After a few failed attempts to diagnose the problem (of course it won't do it when you take it to the mechanic). Jeff ran a diagnostic and found a strange code that had nothing to do with the transmission, but he followed that lead down a rabbit hole, and sure enough, the problem COULD have an effect on the transmission, a very serious effect. He is working on my car-as I write this, and I'm as happy as I've ever been with a service provider. read more

Great job and great price. Needed a new compressor for our 2007 Maxima. We knew there were other potential issues but nothing like the technicians at Scott Clark said. Jeff and folks at a Nisstech repaired the compressor with quality part and 30% less. And didn't find anything wrong with all the other items The dealer had found. We did end up repairing our radiator as well, which the dealer didn't find. Nisstech was quick and accommodating. Even in the midst of the virus, we had a two day turn around. I can't help but think why didn't I find them before now? Will definitely use them again. Great service and price. Thank you Jeff and team. read more

We recently took our Nissan Murano to Nisstech to diagnose a "mysterious" noise. Jeff and Richard are Master Mechanics and have solved all Nissan issues many times over, during their years at Nisstech! They located the problem and offered the solution in record time. We also had a battery question which they easily resolved. They were also able to conduct a safety inspection of the vehicle which brings us much comfort as we plan travel during the Summer months. These folks are knowledgable, "honest as the day is long", highly competitive in price, and treat you as "Family"! You should try Nisstech- you'll be glad you did! Dan M. read more

Jeff and his crew are the Best you will find. They will always listen to your concerns about your car, they will always try to do a repair rather then just replace parts if they can.We have been bringing our cars to Jeff for many years ,like 20 years! We would not trust any other repair facility like we trust Nisstech Imports. Jeff is the most fair and honest man you will find in all of the Charlotte area. Their work is top notch you will never regret having them work on your car,if you have an emergency repair to be done they try very hard to get you in as soon as possible.Jeff thank you for all your hard work for all these years. read more

Jeff and his crew are the best will tell you information that the dealer didn't. Told me to look out for a recall with and issue on my car. They were also hundres of dollars cheaper than dealership. I did and it got me all my money back from nissan close to a thousand of dollars. Just lets me know its not about the money for him and his crew is about the people. Won't take my car anywhere else. If anybody ask me about car repair i always say take it to Nisstech Imports. If they can do it they will and you will be pleased and keep going back. Great group of guys. Taking my car for repair i need next week. read more

We found Jeff & his crew 5 plus years ago after buying an 86 300ZX. They have been outstanding on numerous repairs and finding needed parts for this one. Additionally started having my 2008 G35 serviced there. Oil changes, brakes, engine hesitation, etc. And now our son has his old Maxima and my sister has her Altima serviced here. At least two of us are pretty knowledgeable about the mechanics of cars and have always found Jeff to be very knowledgeable, able to explain well, willing to dig deep for the root of a problem, and reasonably priced. read more

Great experience, went there after getting a 4,300 dollar estimate from a transmission shop across the street from them. They took a look at the same codes my vehicle had that the transmission shop saw and went right to my issue which was 300 bucks. I was basically a walk in customer that they squeezed in as i live on the other side of Charlotte. Car is running like a charm now. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. I definitely will go back to get routine service jobs to my maxima. read more

Jeff and the crew at Nisstech are fast and curtious. It's like going to the dealership without paying dealership cost. (My local dealership has great service.) I have had several experiences with Nisstech and each one has been great. One of which he ran diagnosis and checked over my Xterra for free. I took it back to Jeff for the A/C and the service and price were outstanding. I will always take my Nissan products to him. Hands down, one of the best shops I have ever used. read more

I've known Jeff and Richard the past 4 years. I have a 1996 Nissan 300ZX Anniversary Edition and they have serviced my vehicle like no other. My vehicle runs it did 15 years ago. Any problem I've encountered they were able to fix and had valuable resources when it came to finding parts considering the vehicle is 25 years old. They are honest, trustworthy and reasonable with respect to cost and repair. Thanks Jeff and Richard for helping me preserve my vehicle. read more

At Nisstech Imports, the employees and owners are always friendly and professional service, (Jeff) the owner never fixes anything without your permission, he never fixed anything that doesn't need to be fixed, and he's very honest. He always goes on and beyond my expectations. He also replaces, with the original parts. I have been a customer for 8 years. I highly recommend this company to other customers, and especially to females. E. McCall read more

Jeff and the crew at Nisstech are as honest as they are professional. I've used Nisstech since 2007. Jeff will tell you when you have 10,000 mile left on your brakes instead of, like most dealers and auto service firms, that you need them immediately. When I took my car into the dealer for a recall I was told that I needed new rear shocks on my Q60 at a price of $940. I took my car to Nisstech and was charged $587 for the rear shocks. read more

We are very happy with our repair at Nissantech. They know what they're doing. Another shop told us we needed a new engine in my 2004 Nissan Frontier. Jeff explained over the phone when I called for a second opinion that the other shops diagnosis was likely incorrect. He was right and saved us over two grand after we towed it to the Nisstech shop for a second inspection. We'll continue using Nisstech for sure. read more

Jeff and the team over at Nisstech are top notch. They have helped me in taking excellent care of my Nissan for years. So in keeping with their recommendation as well as the manufacturer requirements, my vehicle runs strong. I have been very pleased with the service they have provided and although I have moved out of the immediate area I will continue to utilize their facility in servicing my Nissan. read more

I have been bringing my car to Nisstech for more than 8 years and always had very professional, honest and courteous experience. I have a Nissan 300 Z twin turbo and it's a very difficult car to service. Most Nissan Z repair centers won't even touch it. Thanks to Nisstech, they have the technical service and knowledge to handle the job. They are very reasonable too! Respectfully yours, Ed Broslaw read more

Been a customer for around 3 years... I own an Infiniti and I was tired of the constant sell job going at the dealership. I happened upon this place and never looked back. Jeff is great and his staff is professional and I have always gotten honesty there. So the work is relative to the work done at infiniti in a much quieter less stressful setting. read more
