From start to finish, Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. My vehicle is driving great, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into getting it back on the road. It's clear that Dan takes pride in his work and genuinely care about his customers. He even had me come back for a 30 day checkup to make sure everything looked good. I highly recommend Buster's Transmission to anyone who needs transmission work. Great service, great workmanship, and a job well done! I would absolutely bring my vehicle back here in the future!

I set up the appointment and because they were a little busy I did not mind. I just rented a truck from u haul. When Buster's took my truck in about a week later I was given a great estimate and they also brought to my attention the u joints in my drive shaft needing replaced. The truck was all fixed, not further issues and 6 months later I am still 110% satisficed with this shop, their repair work and their honesty. I highly recommend them! Richard T of Charlotte,

Thankful to have found Twin Transmission! I purchased a car…read morefor my teenage son and 2 days later the transmission broke. I wasn't sure what to do, had to get the car towed ($80) to a mechanic who made me lose over $1500 to find out the car wasn't fixed. Looking online I found Twin Transmission (wish I would've known before, even their tow service is free) called and talked to Paul who gave me a reasonable quote to rebuilt the original transmission and a warranty of 18 months! I'm beyond grateful for their work, my car is a 2006 but feels like new. Paul was patient, understanding and listened to all my concerns. I would give it 100 stars if it was possible, I'm taking my car there from now on even for oil changes.

Try calling Twins no answer on a Sat.. find someone to tow it to a garage. They won't touch it because then it voids the warranty so we are left with getting it towed back to Monroe which cost us $805. Drop it off and grab our our other vehicle and head back to FL for our cruise. Pick up the truck Monday May 12 they give no paperwork because Paul wasn't there so call today to find out exactly on what went wrong and was told a faulty seal. Beware if you get work done THEY are not responsible for a tow no matter how far you get stranded from home and if someone else fixes it your warranty is VOID. Bad business as far as I'm concerned and will never recommend them to anyone. They should have at least offered 1/2 money since we had to bring back to them.

Then they found out GM no longer manufactured my engine, so it would cost $7K for them to put in a used one. That didn't sound right to me, so I called Coffey to see when I could bring my car by the shop. I didn't tell them what the other repair shop told me. Coffey said it was the thermostat, and charged me $372. A big difference from $7K. Needless to say, I won't be going back to the shop that tried to cheat me. We decided to have it checked out, to see what the problem was. (We could see $$$ in our minds.) Coffey's has performed other work on our cars, in the past, so we took it to them and left it, while they investigated the problem. A couple of hours later, David called and told us the A/C was working and we could come pick it up. The best part: it cost us a lot less than other repair shops wanted to charge! These guys are the best at what they do!! They are trustworthy and very accommodating. Do yourself, and your wallet, a big favor. They told me that they weren't sure BMW would honor the recall. (They have to repair the car) Why would you put a filthy used car with a check engine light on for sale on a car lot? The price changed three times as well. Then there was the conversation the lady next to us was having trying to get a fair deal and a concrete out of the door price. It is now October, and despite more than 15 attempts to contact the dealership, including repeated emails to the finance department, I still have not received a clear answer regarding my cancellation or prorated refund. What is most disappointing isn't simply the delay. It's the complete lack of communication and accountability. A customer should not have to spend months chasing a dealership for basic information about money they are potentially owed. The dealership was happy to sell me the warranty, but getting assistance after the sale has been an entirely different experience. I've been patient, professional, and persistent. Unfortunately, none of those efforts have resulted in a resolution. If this is how customers are treated after the sale, I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to consider that before doing business here. I am still willing to update this review if management takes responsibility and resolves the issue.
