Looked online, found a car I liked (2015 Audi Allroad). Went to check it out. After scoping out on…read moreGoogle I saw a small lot. Foreign cars, small lot. Sounded iffy to me. Especially for the price. Was already in the car test driving it when the owner had called to talk to me about my interest in it. I was impressed. Very impressed. They know these cars. This thing was clean. Very well maintained. 3 owners. Clean car fax. In fact all service was done by Harris, Hendricks Audi, and Hendricks Porsche. I will highly recommend. These guys weren't pressuring me to buy, nor were they trying to get me to spend even more. Simple, easy. Friendly Service. Seriously, without question I will consider these guys next time I want another car. Ask for Stephen, he will get you right! PS. The price I paid almost feels like I robbed these guys. I can say that since I have the car now! Seriously! Great prices! Check em out.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I have had two experiences with Harris, and these…read moreare world class guys. Another mechanic that rhymes with "Schelp Toys" blew my engine. I called Harris and arranged fro a new engine to be delivered. Before I got that far Harris tried to get me to go to the dealership because there was a chance that I could have the engine replaced for free through a warranty. They tried to save me $1800. I already knew the answer, and had them install the engine, and it was flawless. Ask for Parker, or Rob, both great mechanics and stand up guys.

Soon after this service we noticed a scrubbing noise. We returned to the dealer and they test drove the car. They assured us that nothing was wrong with the car. We took the car back after the issue persisted. This time we joined the mechanic during the ride along and were able to point out the scrubbing noise. This mechanic confirmed that there was an issue with the rotor. The initial service was not completed correctly. The second appointment to attempt to rectify either resulted in incompetent maintenance technicians reviewing the car or the dealer embellishing the true condition of the work that had been completed. On the third visit a technician finally was able to confirm what we had been describing. After all of this they want us to pay for new rotors. The dealer did not do their job and wants us to pay for it. This is poor customer service and I'll be reaching out to Jim Keffer as well as the Hyundai corporation to report the experience. Ashley and Amanda are such kind pleasant people to work with so long as there isn't an issue. If one persists, unfortunately they will blame the customer rather than holding the service department accountable.

I brought in a nearly brand-new car (~5,000 miles) on July 10, 2026 for a routine tire rotation and accepted the complimentary car wash. When the valet handed my keys back, something felt off. Turns out my leather steering wheel had several sets of closely spaced vertical slits cut into two different areas (2 and 8 o'clock positions, each a couple of inches long), plus two parallel scratches on my cluster lens -- spaced exactly the same distance apart as the scissor blades on a utility knife housed in my car. None of this was present at drop off. What followed was months of unanswered calls and denied responsibility. They claimed to have reviewed video evidence in the service area, but confirmed there is no camera in the car wash bay and completely ignored the fact that the damage was not there at drop off. Be wary of the service offered by Scott Clark Toyota as they do not appear to know/screen their employees very well... or care when vehicles are damaged.

LOL- everything the "Manager" said was contradictory to wanting to sale a car. It must have been his first day. Said "We are all about volume" when I made him an offer on a car they have been sitting on for months- he offered me $150 off the price. Cash deal- Would have been another sale to add to the "Volume" but whatever. Oh and I loved the line about driving off with equity. What? We all know the moment you drive off the lot the value drops. I'm not an idiot. The dealer that has the same car a few extra miles away was willing to deal so headed there. I bet they take my cash and actually sale a car today.
