This company has sent at least 7 bills (I guess) addressed to Acosta Services LLC at my address. I've put "resend to sender, wrong address." on all. I have lived here for 19 years & have never heard of Acosta anything. I have now called Auto Finance Center 4 times. Never a human available, just leave a message. None of my messages have been responded to. This is one heck of an unprofessional & irresponsible company. I'm wondering if they are even real. Even when calling sales for their car lot it's the same. If they actually wanted payment you'd think they could straighten up the address problem & actually find the person they're sending mail to. These people dont deserve any stars, but unfortunately in order to post this review I have to put at least one. I am extremely frustrated with Auto Finance Center. Ever since I purchased my car 4 yrs ago , I've been receiving daily calls from them about my payment, even when I have consistently made my payments on time They send constant reminders. Their constant harassment is not only unnecessary but also highly unprofessional. I've asked multiple times for them to verify their records and stop calling me, but the calls persist. This relentless behavior has made me regret choosing Auto Finance Center for my car purchase. Additionally, their customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful, adding to my frustration. They seem more interested in pestering customers than providing any real assistance. Ricardo is always so rude and unprofessional and asks personal questions that is not any of his business. They have a clear record of my payment history even if your a little late making a payment do to life happening they stalk call you every single day or spam text you and have little to no compassion over why you might had been late to begin with. Ricardo likes to speak over you when you speak and not listen to what you have to say about your concerns. They sent me a balance via text after making a payment for the amount owed the next time I made a payment the balance was higher then what the receipt said the previous months. One time I was late due to personal health issues that caused me to be out of work, I communicated this with them because they had shut my car off on a day that I had to go to my doctor, I called them explaining that I would make a payment the next day and I need the car turned back on, they turned it on and then repoed it that same evening in the middle of the night causing me to have to pay a ton of money that tapped into my rent. Thats shady business. Luckily I had the money to get it out because my direct deposit hit that morning like I told them the day before it would but they still repoed me anyway even after making an arrangement with them. I am almost finished paying this car off in another 4 months thank God but never again and I don't recommend this dealership to anyone else... its not worth the headache If you value your peace of mind, I strongly advise against dealing with Auto Finance Center. I purchased my 2014 Honda accord in 2021 Kelly blue book value says the car is worth 8,000 for the last 3 years I have paid a grand total $15,000 for a car for the last 6 months my car stop working and I was still making payments until I decided to not make payments because I wasn't able to drive my car July 17,2024 they repo my car yesterday I received a letter letting me know that the car was going to be put up for sale so I called the tow company to try and schedule to come and pick up my things they told me the car company told them to send the car to the auction I called the car company to see why I couldn't pick up my things they told me I had 10 days to schedule pick up my work schedule doesn't fit around the time the tow company is open I also live a hour away they close at 4 and they are not open on weekends I have been getting the run around about my stuff so would I recommend this place that would be a no do not purchase a car from them read more

I went in a week or so ago looking into trucks. As soon as I walked in the guy asked me what he could help me with and I asked to test drive a used raptor. He immediately said "you know that's an expensive truck". Yes I know, I think I know my finances. I've done research on the truck. I probably know more about it than he does. He took my ID, went to someone at the desk, came back and said "sorry boss said we can't allow you to test drive that". I felt I was discriminated against because of my age and gender. Then I complained to someone else and he took my numbers and said he would call me back to test drive. Never did. Their used cars are above KBB value to pay the salesman or woman a commission or bonus. Also, they are strict on payments and all cars have a GPS LoJack system so they can track and shut off the car if you are behind on one payment. I went here and bought a Honda from Ted , I'm not working and Ted still sold me the car after I told him that he then told me to throw money under the table since they were doing something illegal and I told them if it's illegal I don't want to do it , Ted was my salesman and Ted then started saying it was legal all of the sudden and told me I didn't have to throw money under the table , he then picked out a the car and told me this was the best deal he could get me but he ended up charging me double what he said I would be paying in total , they sold me a car with throw up in it , barbecue sauce on the floor , and an obnoxious clicking noise that I hear every time I turn my AC on or hit the gas peddle and my transmission is slipping and they still haven't fixed it for me read more

I had got a 2015 Camry sales price was a little over 14,000 the first day I purchased the car I notice a noise coming from the front tire like something was loose and also a hesitation when I accelerated I called Adam he informed me to bring it back the following morning which would of been Tuesday Jan,5,2020. I takes the car back explain to him what I felt and experience he said "let him drive it to see exactly what's going on" so we did that he said he felt the tire and something seem loose but did not hear or feel anything else so ok he gave me their shop number called the shop they didn't have anything available til the next Friday. Wednesday I started realizing little things about the car like the interior no floor mats ceiling of the car has a lot of water stains brakes squeaking just different thing. Thursday/Friday I was out at night and someone ask me why don't I have my tale lights on i had my lights on inside but on the outside none of the lights worked at ALL. At this point I no longer wanted the car because within 5 days I have experienced 5 different problems. So I reached out to adams to inform him about my lights he did not respond so I went up there!! When I walked in he noticed me and rush me out as if he didn't want anyone to know what was going on as we came outside he said what's going on with the car he wanted to test drive it again I awaited in the parking lot he came back maybe 5 mins later explaining to me that the detail people didn't detail it and they are about to get fired and how he can call the shop I then proceeded to explain to him that the car is no good it has water damage and I know that just by the flooring/ceiling of the car I explain to him how I wanted another vehicle or my money back!!! He told me I would have to speak to his manager I waited for the manager for about 21/2 hours if not longer he never informed the manager I was there one of the other staff did he never did!! That was a couple hours later but Adam was coming telling me that the manager will be with me so I awaited!! Later on when I spoke to Hozay and explain my concerns it was like I was talking to the wall he didn't care to really hear anything that I was expressing I asked him to walk to the car with me and he said ok I can do that when I got to the car it's like he knew in his mind this car was a problem, he explain to me that he couldn't unwind the deal but could get me into something equivalent to what I have which was fine as long as it was worth in total with interest 23,000 that I was spending he told me Adam will be looking into other cars ok Adam was with a customer came up to me and ask if I could return back tomorrow I told him no unless this is in writing!! He then told me to wait he finished up with his customers maybe about 30/45 mins later and said let's run to this other car lot down the street where we have other cars and that's what we did. The other car lot was about a mile or 2 down from their current location once we arrive before I got out I realized ever car they had there was older cars so I declined and as in older I mean 2013 and under and I could tell they had just purchased those cars from the auction because of the writing and other details about the cars and stuff I told him that these cars don't value my car or the money I'm spending so he was pointing out cars like 09 Lexus 2013 Camry other cars that I really didn't like when you have your mind set on a certain car that's what you want and for 15,000 I couldn't see myself getting anything out there so I told him I wasn't interested we got back I then talked to Hozay again where I explain that I didn't like anything out there and I just would like my money back if he could give me something like what I was in already he told me no refunds and he said it states that on the paper work I asked for the paper work he said give him a min he will have the one of the ladies to print it off My sister was outside so I went outside where she was and explain to her what was going on and Adam came up to us with the contract. I get the contract and notice that the name and car was not my name or car I purchase but my sister still read over the contract to see what it said no where on there did it say NO REFUND. and it was so crazy because they really didn't care that they had gave me someone information card number,address,name,DOB everything I took pictures for my record and also because I knew the person personally (what a coincidence) I goes back in the inside and explain to em how they gave me someone else paperwork and how that is not good the manager Hozay said to me oh it's the same information the contract is the same so I asked him before leaving so you don't want to compromise with another vehicle that you have outside or my money back he said we have showed you everything here in your budget so I told him I'm leaving the car their it was bout dark the tail lights don't work and I am unhappy he said ok read more

I purchased a car in March, since I've had to replace the radiator & wheel bearing! But that's expected due to normal wear & tear for a car that's 12 years old. JD is the man to see if your looking to purchase. However there customer service In the payment department is HORRIBLE to say the least. Make sure you keep track of your own payments because they will try to charge you late fees that you do not owe! I've gotten a call several times saying I owe a payment that I had already made. There payment system online does not alert them you've made a payment. They should look at that before making false calls! read more

I am giving 1 star as the staff is pleasant to work with. I bought a truck that has had problems since day 1. First I over paid pretty severely for the truck which is shame on me, but in the first week it was back in for transmission issues. Since then with less than 3,000 miles put on the truck, the powersteering pump is shot and the powersteering lines are all rotted and leaking. The alternator is locked up and has destroyed the belt and stranded my son on the side of the road. We also had to do a tune up on the truck already as it was sluggish and had a vibration. The gas cap is falling off as well. I asked that the warranty be extended to help with the alternator and powersteering I started asking back in may of 2019 and just yesterday sept 9th do they finally come back and say no it is past warranty and they would not honor that. they will not stand by their vehicles no matter what they tell you as my truck has had documented issues from the start and I am not getting any help. Plus the management staff does not care about you at all once you sign the papers. For it to take 3+ months to get back to me about issues with the truck they sold me and then still not help just goes to show. FYI I was not asking for a free fix, I just wanted to pay the warranty deductible that should have been in place on my first call. Stay away from this place! read more

I'll give at least one star given the staff is nice - however, if you plan on purchasing a vehicle form this place be prepared to have some mechanical work performed on the vehicle IMMEDIATELY! I am confident in that statement. We have purchased two vehicles from here - one was financed and the other was a cash purchase and both vehicles needed brand new tires and a four wheel alignment! The most recent was the cash purchase of a Chevy Tahoe.. Purchasing it last month on 8/13/2018, III knew it would need tires replaced but what happened yesterday was just unacceptable to say the least. Yesterday - just a month after this purchase I was stranded in the middle of the road because the brakes locked up due to the ABS and Traction Control System as well the alternator was fried! Long story short, I had the alternator and battery replace, a pwr steering hose, all four brand new tires replaced and four wheel alignment which just cost me $2005.00, not to mention the $140 towing fee!!! The ABS and TCS still require repair which is another $1600 but luckily that can wait until some other time since it can now pass inspection. But hey - this Tahoe drives like a dream now! So unless you are financially prepared financially for this these type of things then don't do it! read more
