I had no previous knowledge of their work before handing my keys over but not only did Keffer get my car fixed sooner than they had even projected but they had helped me with the rental car pick up and turn in, and had my car washed and cleaned when I came to pick it up! They also stayed in touch with me throughout the whole procedure! I was so impressed that when luck would have it that I was in yet another accident, I brought my car back to Keffer! They remembered my name and were very friendly and and all the staff are a pleasure to work with! The second accident was much more severe so it took longer to fix but the car looks brand new again and their service standards in going above and beyond in every way, where as wonderful, if not better, the second time around! With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor. I was convinced that they were ignoring my calls. Respectfully this business has caused me way more amounts of stress and money than to be fixing any of my past issues with that car.

Carmax (CM) offered us $3,400 but lowered it to $3,000 when I brought the car in. EchoPark (EP) offered $4,700. Mind you this is an 18 year old Honda. I'd never heard of EP, so I was skeptical that the offer would also be significantly less once I brought the car in. I texted with Chentel about the necessary paperwork and options since my MIL is in Assisted Living. I talked to Chrystal the next day and scheduled an appointment. Ben processed and evaluated the car. EP honored the Online Offer even though they found a chip in the windshield even CM hadn't seen. I called my MIL to come sign and we were in and out within an hour (I don't remember the name of the young lady who processed the paperwork, but she's learning Korean). I've bought / sold 13 BMWs in my life and the experience with EP rivaled my experience with the best BMW Dealerships. When we left about 7:00 pm on Valentine's Day, I was impressed to talk with the Sales Manager and General Manager...both had been working the Front Desk on the "Holiday." Kudos to all!
