    Inquired on a 2024 F-150 and received a response from a salesman who was very attentive, up until I asked if this dealer *requires* worthless addons to purchase a new vehicle. The Tindol rep danced around the question and I finally told him I needed a YES or a NO. It was at that point I was ghosted. No response at all. You would think it would be very simple for them to not waste someone's time and just be up front with the answer, but oh well. Anyway, I later made a post on their Facebook how they won't answer you directly if you ask about required dealer addons. To no one's surprise, they deleted my critique! Cool, cool. If you're not a fan of products added to your purchase thay only serve to give the dealer more profit, I'd avoid Tindol Ford, at the very least I'm glad they didn't lure me into driving to Gastonia.

    Traded the 2006 Ranger XLT 4wd in on a new, fully equipped 2019 Ranger Lariat SuperCrew Cab. Good deal, handled promptly. Salesman even bought my 2006 traded in for himself. Getting numerous Ford accessories installed is another story, but everything worked out in the end. Annual Service has been performed there 3 times with no issues. Quite the drive for me as there are several Ford dealers closer.

    If your looking for an Excellent Ford dealership to offer you great customer service and give you a friendly welcome. This is your dealership! They are the Best! I had a great experience. From the ease of buying the car , to a no nonsense pricing. I knew my price within a few minutes. They guys here are very laid back and down to earth. They make you feel very comfortable. I enjoyed dealing with Lyle Sturgis, ( one of the managers) he is impressive about all the Roush Mustangs knowledge he knows. In the few weeks that I have had mine , I have really grown to love mine . And it looks awesome with the New tinted windows that I added.

Had to replace hood. They had my truck for a couple of weeks, as damage was extensive. I stopped by and asked about my truck as we were scheduled to go out of town for a few days. They indicated truck was done with exception of washing and inspection. They put the truck at the head of the line and within 20 minutes they were done. I watched them do their quality inspection, which was very thorough. I told them that I was very appreciative of their extra effort to get my truck out for my trip. I told them all I had to do is turn in my rental from Enterprise and I would be on my way. Customer Support person told me that they were an authorized representative of Enterprise and he would take care of my rental. Wow! These people are really awesome! I have used Rick's before. I will not use any other body repair shop! Job was perfect as far as I tell. I cannot find any flaw. Definitely getting monies worth here. Well the insurance company is getting true value for their dollars!

All was good until alerts on the phone showed the car being accessed well after hours. Called the next day to find out what was going on and why it's been nearly a week and no work yet. I was told they do work in the evenings throughout the week, which I wasn't going to argue. And the folks at the garage didn't let us know they had filed for more funds with the insurance company. Went to the garage the next day and found about 40 miles was put on the car, a quarter tank of gas burned, and a radio station my family member doesn't typically listen to. Long story short, we pulled the car out and going elsewhere.

I questioned why it wasn't painted, the manager, Micheal, advised he wasn't painting it. I requested to speak with corporate office, they said there wasn't a corporate office anymore. This place is a JOKE! You would be better off buying spray paint at walmart and doing it yourself than to go here. I've done business with them for over a decade, and the paint jobs they provided are always hit and miss, depending on which painter they hired that week. I would steer clear of this shop as they are nothing but crooks and liars!

I called multiple times and was told someone would call me back but no one ever did. When I went in person they told me they had ordered the part and were waiting for it to come in. This was a lie as soon after my car was totaled out. When I went to pick up my car they had to jump it to get it running. They didn't tell me this but I saw the jump pack in the guys hand as he left my car running in front of the door. I parked my car to drop off the rental and surprise surprise the battery was dead when I went to start it again. I checked my car over and noticed that several parts were missing including my spare tire. I had to replace the battery and go back for the parts they thought nobody would notice being missing as they didn't expect me to reclaim. They seem to prefer to work with insurance companies so they can get away with minimal work, no accountability, and take parts off of your car. I wouldn't think wanting my car back in the condition I dropped it off in at minimum was a huge ask but for these guys it is. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they intentionally left my car sitting for no reason other than to run up the bill for the insurance company and get the car totaled out so they could take whatever they wanted off of it. Choose someplace else. They are not worth the damage to your car.

They are certified repair professionals and always insist that the insurance companies pay for genuine manufacturer parts. My husband was hit twice years ago and they repaired his Nissan both times. There was NO question who we would go to. Don't trust your baby to just anyone, take it to Speed Street!

    I would not recommend Speed Street Collision Center because Augusto is extremely dishonest, and…read moreAugusto provided me with horrible service. Here are some of the issues that took place: (1) I took my car to Speed Street on June 13, 2021, and I did not have a completed vehicle until January 2022. (2) I requested my Nissan Titan have all OEM replacements parts in my emails dated July 09, 2021, and July 14, 2021. Augusto failed to order all OEM replacement parts for my Nissan Titan and Augusto lied to my insurance company and said I wanted after-market parts. (3) At the 75-day mark of my Titan Repair, Augusto caused the 1st delay in the repairing of my vehicle when Augusto placed a black Armada repair and a yellow Mustang repair ahead of my Titan repair. This caused my Titan repair to be delayed by a month. (4) Augusto was dishonest about ordering my OEM parts for my Titan repair because Augusto told me he could not order all the OEM parts after the 75-day mark of my Titan repair. Augusto caused a 2nd delay in my Titan repair when Augusto failed to order all my requested OEM parts. (5). Augusto took parts off my Titan and Augusto failed to report these parts to my insurance company. (6) Augusto told me to order after-market parts because he could not find the OEM parts for my Titan and Augusto wanted me to replace these parts on my Titan. (7) After I ordered the after-market parts for my Titan repair, Augusto failed to report these parts and labor to my insurance company. Augusto told my insurance company that I was trying to order parts that I did not need for my Titan repair. (8) Augusto was dishonest again when he sent me an email on October 05, 2021, stating, "Hello shon , We are complete with your truck other than the detail , I like to detail it the same day that you would like to pick it up, let me know . -- Augusto Carrillo-Perris." I arrived on Wednesday October 06, 2021, and my Titan was not complete. My Titan was missing the running boards, emblems and badges, the front license plate holder, the fuel/gas neck was not properly installed, etc. Also, I did not need my Titan detailed because I rode (8) eight hours in the rain back to Florida. (9) I had to go to Monroe Nissan, Maas Nissan, and Jenkins Nissan to have these Titan repairs complete. The timeframe of these repairs was from October 06, 2021, to January 14, 2022. Augusto kept delaying the process because he told my insurance company, he would complete the repairs. However, I had to drive (8) hours from Florida to North Carolina for Augusto to complete these repairs. (10) I refused to have Augusto do any more work on my Titan because of Augusto's dishonesty. Augusto ordered the wrong Texas emblem for my 2018 Titan. Augusto was extremely dishonest because Augusto kept saying my Titan repair was delayed because the Nissan Dealership ordered the wrong Texas emblem. Augusto dishonesty ordered and sent me a 2009 Texas Titan Rear Tailgate emblem that cost $9.77. Instead of ordering the 2018 Texas Titan Badge kit that cost $190.00. (Reference picture below.) (11) Augusto was dishonest about not reporting damage to my OEM Titan Grille. I asked Augusto to order my OEM Titan Grille with an upgrade to chrome on July 14, 2021, and Augusto failed to do this. Then Augusto lied to my insurance company and said I was trying to get after-market parts for my Titan that I did not need. I asked Augusto for my old Titan OEM Grille and Augusto told me "I could get my old Titan OEM Grille off his damaged item pile." I had to file a 20-page BBB Complaint over the course of roughly 10 days. My BBB Complaint included receipts, emails, and photos of my Titan Repair from Speedstreet and (3) other Nissan Dealerships. I had to go to (3) other Nissan Dealerships to get my Titan Repair completed. Furthermore, I had to ask my insurance company to withhold all payments to Speedstreet from October 06, 2021, to December 2021 and January 2022, until Speedstreet completed my entire Titan Repair by supplying parts. I finally got my Titan repair completed in January 2022. I have included a few emails and attachments for reference because I have too many attachments to include. However, the emails I have included will show that my Titan was not repaired to my satisfaction with all Nissan OEM parts and per Augusto's agreement with me. This was a nightmare to say the least!
