    Inquired on a 2024 F-150 and received a response from a salesman who was very attentive, up until I asked if this dealer *requires* worthless addons to purchase a new vehicle. The Tindol rep danced around the question and I finally told him I needed a YES or a NO. It was at that point I was ghosted. No response at all. You would think it would be very simple for them to not waste someone's time and just be up front with the answer, but oh well. Anyway, I later made a post on their Facebook how they won't answer you directly if you ask about required dealer addons. To no one's surprise, they deleted my critique! Cool, cool. If you're not a fan of products added to your purchase thay only serve to give the dealer more profit, I'd avoid Tindol Ford, at the very least I'm glad they didn't lure me into driving to Gastonia.

    Traded the 2006 Ranger XLT 4wd in on a new, fully equipped 2019 Ranger Lariat SuperCrew Cab. Good deal, handled promptly. Salesman even bought my 2006 traded in for himself. Getting numerous Ford accessories installed is another story, but everything worked out in the end. Annual Service has been performed there 3 times with no issues. Quite the drive for me as there are several Ford dealers closer.

    If your looking for an Excellent Ford dealership to offer you great customer service and give you a friendly welcome. This is your dealership! They are the Best! I had a great experience. From the ease of buying the car , to a no nonsense pricing. I knew my price within a few minutes. They guys here are very laid back and down to earth. They make you feel very comfortable. I enjoyed dealing with Lyle Sturgis, ( one of the managers) he is impressive about all the Roush Mustangs knowledge he knows. In the few weeks that I have had mine , I have really grown to love mine . And it looks awesome with the New tinted windows that I added.

I've corresponded with 5 dealerships that asked me stop by to start the process and they don't even have the truck or any intention of locating since I wasn't physically there. Toyota of Gastonia was different, Dan Matkin send me an email and asked me to text him what I was looking for. We spend about 20-30 minutes texting and he was able to locate a truck and came to an agreement on the trade-in and purchase price on the vehicle. Granted Dan give me an estimated trade-in on the assumption that I was truthful with the condition of the SUV, the price was more than fair. I called and spoke with Nick Thompson and left a deposit on Friday and was called on Monday to inform me the truck was ready for delivery on Tuesday. We stopped by and dealt with Kevin Brown because Dan wasn't available, but he had handed Kevin almost all the paperwork and there was no bait-and-switch tactical involved. I was initially a bit reluctant, but Kevin was a great guy also. I was initially sold on the 2.9% for 72 months, but the promotion ended a day before while they were transferring the truck from another dealership. I did confirm the promotion rate ended through other dealerships as well, so it wasn't their fault. The best they had was 3.9% for 72 months, but Nick Thompson was able to meet me in the middle due to my credit score and off we went to the finance manager at the sister dealership at Mazda in well under 30 minutes. We planned on transferring the plate from our existing SUV to the Tacoma, but didn't realize that that wasn't possible if my wife, who financed the SUV, wasn't on the loan also. So in the middle the singing we had to start over again to add my wife to the loan and registration for the Tacoma and spend an extra 30 minutes. Jay Kumar, Finance Manager, had another customer waiting but never appears to be frustrated and he educated us on the different service contracts but was never pushy. We left after 90 minutes after arrival to take delivery of the Tacoma. But it doesn't end there, a few days later we received a tin box with cookies which were actually pretty damn good. I also had to text Dan again to get an official odometer reading so we can cancel the existing service contract on the trade-in. He responded promptly and still provide excellent customer service, even after the deal had already been closed. Buying a car at Toyota of Gastonia was by far the easiest and fastest car purchase experience for me and I've purchased new on several brands such as Acura, BMW, Honda, Nissan, VW and now Toyota. As with anything in life, your miles may vary. It all depends on who you get on the other end of the line. Dan, Nick, Kevin and Jay are definitely assets to Toyota of Gastonia.

I told him my situation and he showed me several cars that I can choose from all vehicles fitting my budget. The best part was he kept my payment low enough that I was not broke each month with a huge car payment. This was one of easiest purchases of my life and I would definitely recommend AutoLand to anyone looking to buy a car, even if they are a first time buyer or on a fixed income.

    This business sold our friend a car which had not been inspected. After the sale they were told to…read morebring the car back and they would take care of the inspection, even though the engine light was on. When she returned the car they took out an OBMD code reader and reset the codes on the car and tried to run it through a local Inspection Station. The inspection station knew the codes had been reset and told the guy that he would have to drive the car for about 45 minutes to allow the car's computer to re-run its diagnostics and make sure that no warning lights show up on the dashboard. The next thing our friend heard was that her car was about 30 miles away on the side of the road because the transmission went out and the guy left it there. I can not imagine how many laws they broke in this one instance, but for sure resetting the car's codes in an effort to circumvent the state inspection station is something that is one of them. I am also filling an incident report with the state DMV and Attorney General to have this place looked at. Beware if you go here. If it happened to her, it can happen to you.
