This business has provided me a quote over the phone, then after I dropped my car off called me back to say they miscalculated the estimate and that it will cost an additional $1,100 because they looked up the wrong parts. After going back and forth on the phone, they somehow came to a conclusion that it would only cost an extra $700. Pretty evident of price gouging. On the second occasion, they told me my only option to fix my car issues was to walnut blast the intake valves for $1400. I spoke with the mechanic on the phone and they claimed they had dealt with this same issue multiple times and were sure this was the only fix. I declined, and ended up finding a very obvious vacuum leak that cost me $8 to fix. It is very clear that this business is trying to take advantage of European vehicle service prices while providing inadequate work.

Tom and Shannon are very experienced with Audis, Mercedes, Minis and BMWs, especially BMWs with S54 engines like ours. They drove us to the mall to have lunch and hang out until the car was ready, and drove us back. Tom explained everything he did and gave us great information about other work we might want to do on our 24 year old car. Anyone who will do all that for an out-of-state customer they'll never see again is worth their weight in BMW parts!

I recently had quite an adventure with my car. It all started when I got my oil changed and had a…read morestate inspection done in another state. I was driving from Pennsylvania to Virginia, on my way to Charlotte. I planned to stay overnight in a hotel in Virginia before continuing my journey. The place that did my oil change mentioned they couldn't reset the service reminder/error message on the screen. So, while I was driving to Virginia, my car kept flashing "Oil pressure low." It was 11 PM, and I had no idea where to stop. I assumed it was just the reminder not being reset, as the service provider had informed me. I made it to the hotel, but the next day, my car wouldn't start. It made loud knocking noises and had jumpy movements. I stopped and towed my car from Virginia to the BMW dealer in Charlotte. A couple of days later, the dealer called and informed me that the car didn't have enough engine oil--only one quart! They recommended replacing the entire engine and quoted a whopping $27,000 for a remanufactured engine. I was shocked! Even my 2016 car wouldn't resale for that price. Desperate for options, I called companies that buy cars with failed engines, and they quoted me $1,500. Then, THANK GOD, I called Euroenvy to check if they could replace the engine. They asked why I needed a new engine, and after explaining the issue, they quoted a price, and I approved the job. I then called BMW to release my car, and they offered to replace the engine for $19,000 with a used engine that had 79k miles. I declined and asked them to release the car. I towed the car to Euroenvy, thinking they were going to replace the engine. This is when the MIRACLE happened. Euroenvy called and said they weren't sure why I needed an engine replacement. They ran some diagnostics and asked me every single question about what had happened. After a thorough test run, they discovered that my engine didn't need replacement at all! The issue was a leaking oil drain plug, stripped by the first place that did the oil change. They fixed it, test-ran the car, checked for any leaks, and found none. They charged me $243 for the service, and my car has been running super fine ever since. In 2 weeks, the agony i went through is something cannot be explained (from $27000 to $19000 to $1500 to sell the car to now. This is not just about money. It is a combination of money + agony that we were going through the whole time. Euroenvy could have just replaced the engine as I already approved the job (BTW their engine replacement is way cheaper than the dealer) but they didn't do it. They did what was right and I just LOVE this place. Until I live in Charlotte, you will be my GO TO place for my car. In today's world, it's easy to find smart people, but honesty is a very rare quality. Euroenvy is a place that combines both smartness and honesty. You are the best, and I will never forget this experience.

I started going to Steve just because I needed my car inspected. After that breif interaction with Steve I knew he was a mechanic that was on the up and up. It's a small shop with just two spots to work on cars. Steve is the owner and his son is also a mechanic that works at the shop with him. He can get pretty busy so I like to make a appointment before driving to Kannapolis from Charlotte, I suggest you do the same. For some reason I have terrible luck with cars, all I wanna do is get the oil changed and put gas in it. Anything above those two things I'm a topical girl and know nothing about it. The first car that Steve worked on was a 1995 Nissan Sentra (still running might I add), from oil changes to brake replacements he did it all. Always at very reasonable prices telling me exactly what I was paying for and how much the parts were. After what I thouhgt was a up grade to a 2010 Chevy Malibu Steve continued to work on that. Unfortunately that car had MORE then a few problems! Steve did fix a few things on it, but he finally said enough is enough telling me I shouldn't keep putting money in that car. Now I've got a 2012 Chevy Sonic and I trust Steve to work on that too. Everyone needs a trustworthy mechanic, Steve is definitely that!
