Arrived right as they opened for service and was greeted immediately, confirmed what was to be done and was directed to the waiting area, where there is ample seating, free coffee or tea and vending machines. Service was completed in 35 minutes, no surprises or upsells, fast and courteous checkout and our car was well taken care of. Really pleased with our experience and treatment. Was worth going a little further out than the dealers closer to uptown who never got back to me,tried to put me through an automated maze of phone prompts and had horrible reviews to boot.

Went in because my catalytic converter was stolen and I had a tailgate recall. Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. Can't see going back for anything.

They didn't tell me this but I saw the jump pack in the guys hand as he left my car running in front of the door. I parked my car to drop off the rental and surprise surprise the battery was dead when I went to start it again. I checked my car over and noticed that several parts were missing including my spare tire. I had to replace the battery and go back for the parts they thought nobody would notice being missing as they didn't expect me to reclaim. They seem to prefer to work with insurance companies so they can get away with minimal work, no accountability, and take parts off of your car. I wouldn't think wanting my car back in the condition I dropped it off in at minimum was a huge ask but for these guys it is. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they intentionally left my car sitting for no reason other than to run up the bill for the insurance company and get the car totaled out so they could take whatever they wanted off of it. Choose someplace else. They are not worth the damage to your car.
