PNC Bank is the worst that I know of to do business with. When I contacted them about my checks not showing up on my account they told me that my account had been blocked due to fraudulent activity that was being done on my account. I asked them on November 21 when I get my money the bank and they told me I would not be able to get my money out of the bank until it would be December 17, 2025 before I could get a cashiers check and they would mail it to me, that's absolutely ridiculous to me. They have made me feel like I am a criminal and I have no idea how to even do fraudulent activity. I am a retiree and I've recently had to go back to work to make ends meet. So if you're thinking about going to PNC Bank, don't they have the highest overdraft fees and if you don't make deposits quite often, they'll shut your account down immediately.
