    My experience with Union County KIA was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help me purchase my new 2024 Niro. I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, Larry, and Mike, who all provided top-notch service.

    After the maintenance the warning was still on.

    This review is specifically about the service center and not the dealership. The dealership was great. I took my car on 2/8/25 for 18k maintenance. I dropped the car off at 8am (I had an appointment) I did not get the car until about 5:30pm after having to call twice. On Saturdays they close at 4. It was explained to me that they usually accept only 18 cars but 24 cars were booked. When I turned my car on the next day, the "maintenance needed" warning came back on which means it was not maintained or.they did not reset it. When I called about it the receptionist suggested I bring it. I have no time on the week days and I live a bit of a distance from the dealership. I left a message for the service manager and waited and no one returned my call. They probably only have decent reviews because they lure customers in with the promise of $125 oil change discount if you give them 1000 points on a review. I'm really disappointed with the service or lack of service I received. I'll be looking for a different Kia service center going forward.

    Working with Stephanie Breeden. I came to look at the SUV I saw online. At first the key wasn't available but Stephanie worked to locate I was then able to test drive. I had a payment in mind Stephanie and her group got me right at that payment. After some excellent work to clean and check out the SUV Stephanie got me all set and I was able to travel in my SUV on my trip. Stephanie rocks I recommend her for your assistance with your car shopping experience. Have faith in her to see you behind the wheel of your next ride. The best personality too, no need to be nervous about purchasing it's a friend helping a friend..

They contacted me for a "free appraisal" on my son's 2012 Honda Crosstour. I agreed since the car would already be there for service. The guy that I made the appointment with wasn't available at the time scheduled so the next desperate sales guy helped us. Let me reiterate we never came in to purchase a vehicle but they already had a plan. Draft up $9k of work the car needed, low ball my appraisal (trade in value) at $1k!! and then expect me to fall for their scam and try and get me into a new car that was way over priced while screwing me on trade in. Yes, I am a woman but these guys weren't slick in the least. I can smell crooks from a mile away and 98% of them are. So I took my car to an honest and fair local mechanic and I wish I was kidding you but not only were their prices more than double but they of course inflated the work needing to be done. Please do your homework and don't fall prey to these scumbags. Disappointed to say the least with this dealership but I guess they had to pay for the fancy new place somehow Almost forgot to mention that the car was in there 2 months before where they kept the car for 10 days trying to diagnose the issue. Almost $2k later they were able to send us off. Yes they gave me a loaner which was great but probably part of their scam. When I brought it in we had paid for a full diagnostic of the car and at that time The only follow up work needed was rear brakes. I was told It was taking so long because they only had one master mechanic! When I was checking out this last time I asked the service guy how it was possible I now have $9k worth of work needed after paying for a full inspection just 2 months ago and he said "this mechanic is very thorough." What a joke! Their desperate sales team kept contacting me for a "free appraisal" even after mine had been done. They don't keep good records nor communicate properly. This operation needs an overall or this ship will be sinking soon. Good luck to all the fools that walk into this place.

Still, the car was towed without any notice. Technically, the car was towed without cause, because at that point, it already had active insurance coverage. This is going to cause a major disruption for my daughter, who is in the final weeks of nursing school and absolutely cannot afford to miss any days. Now we are stuck covering unnecessary towing fees and Uber costs--expenses that could've been avoided entirely. As a customer, I expected better. This situation was handled poorly and unfairly, and it reflects very badly on the dealership's customer service

I'm posting this review to warn other customers about their deceptive business practices and complete lack of professionalism. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on November 9, 2024. As of April 8, 2025, I still have not received a valid, transferable title. That's nearly five months without a title -- and no resolution in sight. The dealership sold me a vehicle without a valid title, then proceeded to delay, deflect, and deceive at every step. They've made endless excuses, and lied repeatedly about when the title would arrive. I've been told multiple times that I'd get a callback, but almost never do. I'm constantly told that "no one is available to help" -- and the issue goes unresolved. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's blatant dishonest and illegal. They do not follow through on their word, and they've shown zero accountability or integrity. At this point, I've paid in full for a car but still don't have proper ownership rights. Ride Now Motors has refused to make things right and continues to mislead and stonewall. Alan would harass me with calls from another number that I have listed below in the photos. He wanted me to pay upfront for multiple days instead of renting daily! I reported this to you all on several incidents and it was stated that I just need to make a review. Which I did but I do believe Alan needs to be banned as a host as well as Dallas the co-host. Dallas the co-host called me and messaged me on September 6th 2024 stating the rental was booked for 2:30 pm. I believe this was on purpose because the day before Dallas wanted me to rent long term with their rental company. In which I declined because I wanted to go through Turo instead. I have added those photos of the text conversation as well. Now with the mileage that is incorrect. They took the vehicle abruptly for a reservation on September 6th, 2024. I shouldn't have been charged a day, a late fee, gas fee, and now mileage! I wasn't able to fill the car with gas nor was I able to get the mileage because they took it. Dallas decided to put the mileage of the vehicle in the photos a day later on September 7th 2024 at one something.. The photo with the time stamped is listed below as well. Those are the miles of the last rental that was at 2;30pm on the 6th of September. I don't like to be taken advantage of or something trying to steal from me.
